Chris was amazing and gave us the best service. Though the food was not good as far as the main course - The appetizers were decent. Ordered a cocktail and it tasted like syrup - I sent back my food and alcoholic beverage. I haven’t had to do that in years .. was very disappointed. The apple juice was my fav ☺️

We love going to Cuzzy's all the time. Terrific atmosphere and truly delicious food. Their prime rib is one of my favorite foods. Staff are curtious and very friendly!Dietary restrictions: One of our party has celiac disease, and their food requirements were professionally handled.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly place!
I've never had anything at Cuzzy's I didn't like, everything on the menu is great and they have a nice drink menu as well.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Waited almost 2 hours to get food, the manager and staff were abrasive as if we were bothering them by ordering food and drinks. THE WORST attitudes and customer service I've experienced. Not what it used to be and We’ve been going there 20 years. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN. Failed on SO many levels…sad to see as we need good restaurants in Chaska and Cuzzys is NOT the place to go anymore. F- for a grade is the best for the experience we just went through!

15 minutes after arriving our group was told the kitchen was backed up and not taking new orders. First time I’ve ever seen that. 30 minutes later we asked if a child in our group could put an order in, told no. We paid for our drinks and left.

WORST service I have ever experienced. Went in Saturday Feb 3 about 5:30. Hostess made us feel like we were an inconvenience and did not want our business. Asked to be seated in the dining room and hostess gave an eye roll threw her pen on the stand huffed grabbed menus and stomped off. Got to the table she threw the menus on the table which was so crammed in the chairs could not be pulled out to seat a small child. ( there were multiple open tables) she gave another eye roll for good measure. At this point I decided I no longer wanted to eat here and left. Cuzzies used to be our go too place. Will not be going back

I was utterly disappointed with my visit today. We came in with a large group reservation and were expecting a fun atmosphere to chat. The waitress we had was grumpy and rude despite the fact that the restaurant was empty. She slammed my water on the table and was just not a friendly person. What set me over the edge was the hostess obviously being on FaceTime and not greeting customers as they entered and exited.

Had the Pear salad last night with our daughter and my husband had the tenderloin with pasta. The food was really good and the service was on pointe!
Very good food large portion and came out sizzling hot. Service was very good, very friendly. Wasn't too loud so we could easily have a conversation. I will definitely be back.

It's the restaurant equivalent of the phrase "C's get degrees". Food is fine, price is fine, service is sub par in the dining area.I'd eat there again if I was in the neighborhood, but not worth a special trip.

Used to hangout here a lot in the past. Good beer selection and food. Very open so can get a bit loud. Stopped in the other night and wasn't too busy. I was meeting my wife there for a quick drink and maybe a bite before we needed to pick up our daughter Looked like they were maybe short-staffed. I went to the bar and asked if I could just grab a table in the bar area. The bartender said yes. I waited for maybe 15-20 minutes and no one came over. By this time my wife had arrived and I was annoyed that we hadn't been able to order anything and ready to leave. Finally a server came over. She apologizing continuously and was very polite. They gave us our two drinks on the house. This is great service and exactly what should be done in this situation. So rather than leaving thinking I would never go back to this place, I left satisfied. Well done.
