Twice I have went and had half mixed blizzards, or not at all. Fries filled halfway... It is disappointing to have a good Blizzard on top than just vanilla Ice Cream underneath. I highly recommend to just going to the Shakopee DQ, as it appeaers based on other reviews this seems to be a constant and occurring problem.

The remodel to this place is fantastic! Haven't been inside yet, but the drive thru is amazing.Watched a person get their food and go to leave. Instead of taking the more obvious path of straight, they decided to jump up on the curb and mostly exit that way. I thought this was odd, but looking at the curb, it was covered in black tire marks.10/10 - Drive thru is perfect. Don't change a thing!

I ordered two cotton candy blizzards, one was fine, the other is basically vanilla ice cream with the candy sprinkles. It tastes like nothing. Extremely disappointing!The difference is quite clear. The first image is what a cotton candy blizzard should look like. The second image is what mine looks like. Clear vanilla ice cream.

I am so glad I am back at this Dairy Queen! Remodeling looks great, so far is clean inside, and the new spoon styled gutter really brings up the older, fading restaurant that stood before. I was very satisfied with my experience and was only disappointed that the mint dilly bar has been removed from menus and not even here seasonally. However, that doesn't really go against a single location that didn't independently make the decision. It's very refreshing to have the extra option when I am out of options at home!Parking: Parking is usually no issue but sometimes on very busy nights it can be tough to navigate.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family resturant! A great place to celebrate with some ice cream or a birthday too!

I rated the service slow only because there is a lot of confusion when placing my order. To be fair, this location just reopened after being closed for a year or more. I'm sure it will come around again.

**. Update. **. Due to a fire, this DQ is closed. Hoping it will reopen this year. This DQ is great for a quick stop after a game; a quick chocolate dipped ice cream cone and my favorite, a chili cheese coney dog. . My dads favorite was a strawberry malt.

I order the Crispy Chicken sandwich Flamethrower and always repeat myself to please add the bacon and the pepper jack cheese and the flamethrower sauce!!!! I guess its my bad that i never check it before i leave?? No. I always get home soo dissapointed because they never add what i ask for! All they say is “it comes with it”. I trust it will “come with it”. Its annyoing and why drive all the way back? ??

2nd time in two weeks your team got my order wrong. YOU SHOULD repeat what someone orders!! And you didn’t give me an itemized receipt so I can’t see if you entered it right. I ordered large onion rings and you gave me small. Last time I ordered a cheeseburger with no veggies and added chili and you gave me chili with thousand island and veggies and mustard and ketchup. I what the heck!!!Another time I pulled up and your teenagers working back there were talking politics and some very inappropriate stuff.I’d rather not leave a review like this but enough is enough. Get your act together please.

Gotta love blizzards and dilly bars. Honestly I have never had something I didn't like at DQ. Great food, great deserts and great staff.

This is consistently the best DQ we've ever experienced. We live nearby and have never had a messed up order. They always make great blizzards and food. Also, don't let their long drive thru lines scare you, they get people through pretty darn fast.
