This place seriously has the worst BBQ I have ever had. Super dry, bland and just overall blah. I honestly don't know how this place stays open.

Service was good, friendly staff but quality has gone way downhill. Brisket was cold and ribs had no meat on them. It was the same as the last time I went there which is why I didn't go back for quite a while. Thought I'd give it another try, disappointed again. Quality of product has gone down but prices continue to climb.

I try to buy local and help the businesses keep going. I do have to say that I had my last bad experience at this location, and will no longer buy from them. It’s to bad because I love BBQ!!

The dickeys in chaska is good food and the guy that works there with the pony tail is super friendly and accommodating

absolutely horrible spent 88$. didn't get child's food, no rolls no sauce and my wings were so small and over cooked you couldn't even pull meat off of them. they tried to blame it on uber driver.

Meat was a little dry. Barbecue sauce was lacking smoke and sweet. I was expecting mine blowing, but got less. You folks deserve a second chance. Let's see what the next time brings

Before I "shred" the restaurant, I will acknowledge three good things:- The staff (owner? and helper), were friendly and service was quick- Their waffle fries were excellent. Hot, not overcooked, fresh fryer oil- The soda dispenser was set properly and delivered a good beverageHave eaten at Dickey's across the country. Mostly good experiences. They are franchised, and more than most chains, there is variability. This location was worse than others.Ordered a pound of brisket, and said we'd be eating there and taking leftover home.Complaints/comments:1) We ate the brisket there, immediately. Brisket was not warm. It was tepid at best.2) Unlike some other Dickey's who somewhat slice the brisket, this store really shredded it.3) The shredding visually masked (somewhat) the fat they were serving. Had to pick out the fat. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was annoying.4) We were given two souffle cups of BBQ sauce for the 1lb of meat, and each cup had less than 2 ounces. Many Dickey's have all the varieties of BBQ sauce out for you to help yourself. Maybe because of Covid precaution you have to ask, but I looked at their online menu and it seems they charge for additional sauce.5) Most Dickey's have pickles out for you to help yourself. This store didn't have any. Maybe because of Covid precaution, you have to ask.6) We ordered two small sides. Coleslaw seemed exceeding small and maybe not as snappy as usual.7) The ceiling tiles were dirty/stained/falling down over the food prep/serving area. The worn paneling, dirty signage, and overall condition said to me "we opened in 2013 and haven't cared about how it looks since then".

I wish I could leave a review about their food, but I ordered delivery last week at 8:20 (last orders at 8:30 and restaurant closes at 9) and had my order canceled because they were "closed." Very disappointing. But I'll give them another try when I can actually taste the food.

They are closing all over the state but this one is still open! Absolutely worth the drive!

By far one of the worst places I've eaten. Just walking in the door, the manager did not greet appropriately. He was short and cold to the customers as well as the guy he was working with. The meat was cold, the sweet tea tasted fermented, overall the place seemed dirty. After I was done with my meal, I went and talked to the manager to just let him know that I was not satisfied with my experience. He was extremely sarcastic and rude and did not apologize in the slightest. Absolutely will not be coming back to this location ever again.

What had been a decent location for the Dickey's franchise has gone completely down the drain. I hadn't been in awhile and I won't be going back, ever. Today at noon, I ordered a Westerner sandwich with chopped brisket and kielbasa and a coleslaw topper. I got my sandwich and drink and sat in less than a minute. My first bite was ice cold. The entire sandwich and each component. My only guess was that the brisket and kielbasa were laying out on the counter rather than coming out of the hotbox. Not a fan of cold barbecue. Threw 75% of my sandwich away.

Great place! My wife and I really enjoyed the food and the staff were super awesome. We both enjoyed the pulled pork and brisket. I also enjoyed the cheddar jalapeno kielbasa. Sides were also good, but theac and cheese was a highlight for me. We're definitely looking forward to going back!
