I don’t know what happened to this Domino's, but it really fell off a cliff. 3 straight messed up orders, deliveries are over an hour, and the food arrives sogged out and room temp. Not worth the prices at all anymore.

Gave them two chances. They have about 48 dirty sweaty delivery drivers who all drive through their tiny parking lot as if it's their first time in a car. If you do car side pickup it is not likely to come out of the building within 20 minutes of being out of the oven. If you say anything you get an attitude.

Just bought a pizza and it came out looking like this,lack of cheese,lets not even talk about the other large pizza i orderd looks like they were running out of cheese or something 🤣🤣 I WOULD NOT RECOMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE i've been a loyal costumer untill now and never had a pizza looking like this.

Domino's has stepped up their game in the last year! I almost always get fresh hot food now, and if it isn't the way I want it, they always fix the issue. Craig and Scott are absolutely wonderful delivery drivers! And Zoe can get the food whipped up and in the oven in no time at all. If you tried Domino's a couple years ago and it was crap...give them another chance! They will surprise you at how good of a job they are doing there! My Granddaughter definitely approves!

Our order was burnt to a crisp. Was like eating burnt crackers with melted cheese and pepperonis. Drove 20 min out of our way and didn't realize the pizzas were burnt and inedible until we got home. Extremely disappointed.

Order a whole bunch of pizzas for an event. They messed up the toppings on a bunch of the pizzas and didn’t acknowledge the issue when I reached out to them. I would recommend any of the sit down places in Chaska over them plus Papa John’s, Little Caesar’s and Costco.

I’m 3 miles away from store, ordered pizza over the phone, paid got charged, 30 minutes later dominos called me and said will not deliver it I’m an outside delivery area but I am 3 miles away from store lol. While ordering pizza they got my address never told I’m outside delivery area . Very unprofessional service. Shame on them
