Disappointing overall. Today, 8/14/25 before 7:24am, I ordered a medium hot matcha latte with sugar free vanilla, another drink and two sandwiches. Before I was done ordering through the drive through, I told the woman “oh I forgot to say, can I please get oat milk for my matcha?” This woman told me “They already made my drink, sorry.” I told her no, take it off, I can’t drink that. She said that they’ll remake it but “Next time say that before or else we’re wasting food.” I told her I forgot. The staff is blaming me? I never completed my order and it is not ANY customers fault that the staff jump the gun before an order is completed. When I went to the drive thru, the woman decided to keep telling me the same thing AGAIN! I told her, “Ma’am, I forgot and you need to stop.” incredibly inappropriate behavior to treat customers and blame them for Staffs wrong doing.
Not only was the behavior disrespectful but they didn’t even fix my drink. They just slapped a different sticker on the SAME DRINK! Again, I paid for something I can’t even trust or consume. Also, they didn’t even fill the drink to the top or even blend the matcha….. if I saw that in the drive thru, I would have requested a full refund for everything and let management know about the whole experience.

Ran through the drive through ordered a dozen donuts and got them pretty quick. Courteous and friendly.

I had an order delivered. I ordered a drink with NO STRAW & NO NAPKINS for my food.

Not to be a Karen, but when i ask less ice means less ice not ice that fills up the cup and the drink wasn’t fill to the top.

Iced Matcha latte. Large is 70% ice. Other places in the metro if I request half ice it's still full. Here they made it half full. Literally the large is half full beverage. Psychologically imagine ordering a large beverage anywhere else requesting less ice. And it's half full.
I noticed other reviewers have the same complaint on iced beverages. Wth.
I Have several times brought back receipt with wrong order from drive through on other orders.
It is sad because so convenient, but will patron local down the road.

While I enjoy the donuts and coffee, it is disappointing to me (and I am pretty sure unlawful!) to have two restrooms and no baby changing tables. I feel that a family establishment should be required to have diaper stations in at least one bathroom and now twice I have been in the situation of eating at the establishment but not being able to change my children’s’ diapers. This is unsanitary and unwelcoming to families.
TLDR: Walk in experience was terrible, left without ordering.
Received a coupon for a newly opened location a thought I’d give it a try. First, the parking spaces (all three of them) are so narrow I couldn’t open my car door without dinging the car next to me. Walk in and there’s a nice looking display case, stared for a min, made a choice but was stuck for a couple of minutes waiting for a family to receive their order. They leave and it’s just me, three employees, all with headsets on, two appear to be dealing with drive through, one chatting with a young girl at the end of the counter. Then once I could get to the counter it’s DIY screens, go to the donut screen and while the display has a full tray of French crullers they aren’t listed on the menu. Look up, try catching anyone’s attention, but everyone is busy. Try going to different screens, no luck, just standing there swiping, looking up, no one’s paying attention, rinse repeat for another couple of minutes, screw it I'm done and leave. At no point was my presence acknowledged by word or action. Figured I’d try drive thru but there were two cars waiting to pick up and one car waiting to order. Decided if it was this hard to try a coffee and a donut it wasn’t worth it and drove away.

I've been to so many Dunkins and they are all pretty different when it comes to how they make your coffees. This one gets it perfect 9/10. The thing that will always keep me coming back is they play absolute bops and they crank that music in the bathroom. That makes this a 5 star.

Rude manager , when they made mistake and they ring the order wrong he didn’t wanna fix it and re printed the receipt to show me that he is right but the cashier was very kind and nice , he stepped in apologised for his mistake and fixed it , don’t recommend this location poor management, poor operations , and poor training to staff in customer service
