I was very disappointed with my experience. Our breakfast sandwiches were very good, but my coffee (which I have ordered countless times from other Dunkin’s) was sour, and the staff made a huge deal that I kindly asked to have the drink remade. I usually never ask to have an order fixed so I am quite embarrassed and will probably not return.

I love Dunkin Donuts on the East Coast! But not in Minnesota. Especially in Chaska. TODAY I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THERE SO CALLED WRAPS. I dunno, I come here often and I’ve enjoyed it a lot. People always get my order right. I’ve seen some people complaining about food or other things but bear in mind this is FAST food. The entire shtick is to make food fast. Oh no, your drink has a little too much ice in it!? Just talk to the staff. They’ll be more than happy to correct it. I also do some work on my iPad in the mornings every now and then and they’re always pleasant.

I’ve tried really hard to like this location but after countless terrible and unmixed matchas, drinks being made up of mostly ice, occasional catty teenage girls behind the counter, and then finding hair in my food today, I will be fully avoiding
