On top of the drinks tasting horrible. Chaska’s Dunkin Donuts treats their customers very poorly. I went there 3 times. 2 times out of three my drinks were very disappointing for the price. The first time, I didn’t get a drink, only foods. The second time, I had to come back and ask for more caramel, because I noticed that it was extremely water based. And the third time was just a disaster. I had ordered a drink, and it was full of ice. Top to bottom. The consistency of the drink was extremely watery and tasted like straight WATER!!! I called the manager and asked to get it replaced, which he had accepted, in a very condescending manner (you’re probably gonna get the same thing, but you can come back and pick up another one…”). However, I don’t think constantly having to come back to a place for bad service complaint is fair to the customer. Therefore, I came back the next day, and asked for my order replacement very politely, and was told “I told you to come in yesterday, and that’s kind of unfortunate you didn’t come because you won’t get that order today” which made zero sense. So I left the drive thru very upset.Here’s a picture of what I wanted vs what I got (only difference is 2 more pumps of caramel).DO BETTER

It's about 50/50 they give your the whole order, or correctly. I frequently am missing an item, even if it's confirmed with the worker as I pay and my order ticket is placed PHYSICALLY on the bag.I guess shame on me for not double checking the take out bag in the drive thru.

Rudest employees EVER!!!!!!Please see the photo of ALL we purchased at Chaska Dunkin this morning. 3 avocado toasts, 3 large drinks, donut holes, chorizo wrap and hash browns.No drink tray was give , no bag for the 3 boxes of avocado toasts! So I asked for a bag for the toast boxes. The lady said “we don’t have bags for them”. I said “what do you mean? What about those paper bags you put my wrap in?” ANOTHER worker yelled from behind the girl I’m talking to, “they don’t fit!” I said “they’ll fit sideways! Point is there are 2 of us in the car, all this stuff we bought and 1 of us has to drive.”She slammed the window and walked away without saying a word. Then a MANAGER miraculously walked over with the toast boxes in a plastic bag!!!!I said “oh you DO have a bag”. She said curtly “we’re not supposed to give them out!” So I asked “do you want me to pay for it?”. She said “NO!” Slammed the window and walked away!!I’m sorry you all hate your jobs (must be a horrible place to work), your life and your customers! But I did NOTHING to deserve this treatment!! I hope 2024 bring you all a better year!That said, Dunkin Corporate… you ought to look at your chaska store service level and your staff and management. With 2.0 star in Yelp and not so hot in google review either, you’d think a big corporation like Dunkin would take action!! If These people don’t appreciate a gainful employment, I’m sure there are others who would!I’m writing this review because this isn’t the 1st time I’ve been treated badly at chaska Dunkin. Today was just over the top!I’d hate to wish a person or a business any ill will, but after dealing with 3 different employees in 2 minutes time and being treated like garbage… I wish chaska Dunkin ill will unless they make some changes! I wouldn’t know because I’ll never go back!Go Pound sand Chaska Dunkin!

I was very disappointed, my family went to get Dunkin this morning as I’m from Florida and had my dunkin craving. Come to find out the food was cooked poorly the customer service was absolutely horrible. They didn’t give my family any drink carriers and refused to give a bag that we need because we ordered 2 avocado toast, hash browns and a burrito, they said we don’t do that with a horrible attitude! I would never go back here nor would I ever do business with this dunkin. We come out here every year, twice a year and I have never had such horrible experience not even from where I am from. The customer service was the TERRIBLE, the worst I have ever dealt with.

Stopped at the chaska store on November 24th at 7:45 a.m.. one customer was being helped with donuts, three employees just stood there and watched the other customers come in the front door however they were not willing to help? I would recommend avoiding this dunkin' donuts and stopping anywhere else for a cup of coffee.

My review pertains to customer service/ordering and is a warning to anyone planning to place a future online order. Evidently, no matter how far in advance you place an order, it does not pull up on their system until 10-15mins before pick up time. So, if they are out of anything specific (or in our case, donuts completely), you are out of luck. Even if you have received a confirmation and it has been paid for. We had to last minute rush to Crumb'l to get cookies before our event (thank goodness they had enough available). I would highly suggest not placing an order at Dunkin' unless it's for a morning pick up time or finding a donut shop w/ a better system (ie. YoYo Donuts, who we have never had issues w/ in this regard).On top of the added stress, the associate who was helping that afternoon was a bit rude and very unsympathetic about the situation. So, better customer service and an online ordering system that makes this process very clear are both needed!
