Rude and ignorant employee would not give me a receipt and I quote “you can’t pay $10.” was her response when I asked for a receipt and proceeded to yell its $7 for one piece of bread and $3 for another. There were no prices on any bread so I asked for my receipt which I never got. I knew it was cash only but the disrespect of implying I couldn’t afford the bread was uncalled for. I simply wanted to know the prices of it. She literally started yelling at me as I was walking out The negative energy and vibes of this place is so not needed nowadays, I would suggest going anywhere but this bakery.

Here's the good and bad. Some of the items are very tasty. Some are very average. Nothing is labeled so you have no idea what you're getting unless you're familiar with Mexican pastries. The employees? Rude as hell... Every time. Last time we were yelled at by a gentlemen as we were picking out our items. What was he yelling at us about? I have no idea since I don't speak Spanish. But I'm assuming he didn't like that I was using the tongs to pick a doughnut that wasn't at the front of the display. I was being picky. 🤷♀️ He also pointed to a sign that was also in Spanish... If you'd like me to follow directions, write the sign in Spanish AND English. I'll never return. Literally the worst customer service ever.

Amazing bakery we got come concha and tres leches cake. Both amazing i get the sugar donuts aswell amazing id recommend trying it out. Bring cash. Displays aren't in English let your stomach guide you. Great service aswell

What a unique bakery?? So glad I found this in downtown Chaska. My grandsons were amazed by everything. They each picked out 3 things. Whomever helped us was very patient as it took my boys a long time to pick things... They were so happy and excited and they just loved what they picked out! The prices were so reasonable too? Everything so far has been delicious ? We will be coming back the next time they visit? Thank you so very much!!
