Tonight, we experienced first rate customer service from our server Ciera! It was an extra special evening as it was my wife's birthday and Ciera ensured it to be memorable through her attentiveness and great attitude! We are regular customers of Heartbreakers, we are drawn to dining there often as we truly appreciate the good food, warm atmosphere, great staff, and variety of entertainment. Our experience tonight was highlighted by Ciera's professional service, we could not be more appreciative! To the leadership at Heartbreakers, it is hard to pick a favorite server at your establishment (we love them all!) but tonight, Ciera impressed us, and we wanted you to know about it. This experience provided us yet another reason we think Heartbreakers first when considering our dining and entertainment options! Cheers to Ciera and the rest of your wonderful staff!

We visit several times a month. It’s definitely our kids favorite place to eat. The quesadillas are one of their top choices. Great for watching football or enjoying the patio. They have a great staff who are always super nice to our kids. We recommend this place to everyone visiting chaska.Kid-friendliness: Our kids love the food here and they typically share one meal. Which is a ton of food for them.
First time trying this restaurant. Seat yourself, only a small handful of tables that are “family friendly”. Shoved in a back corner, and by the smokers entrance. Also no shades to block the sun from shining directly on you, which unfortunately was also glaring off vehicles in the parking lot. The tables were very close together and did not even allow enough space to add a high chair. The appetizers were good, but could have found similar anywhere else. When I received my main dish, I had ordered a beef commercial. Which is vaguely described on the menu. It came out and was half a plate of unseasoned broccoli that looked like it may have been previously freezer burnt. The other half of my plate was soggy Texas toast, topped with maybe a scoop of mashed potatoes, topped with shredded beef and extremely salty gravy that was jelly like. Tasted like it was from a jar from some off brand grocery store. When the server came back and asked how our food was, I said I did not like mine and did not realize it was all piled on top of each other and that the toast would be soggy. She stops and rolls her eyes saying that’s what a commercial is. My husband got the French dip which was also a soggy mess that he could not even pick up to eat. It had two giant slabs of beef instead of being finely sliced pieces. We will not return here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went there for lunch as usual. Put a 100 down for tabs. Bartender took the money started heading to the box then turned around after some locals decided they wanted to buy the box out. Then the locals preceded to buy the box out. Saying they had money down even though they were still pulling ticket. It's all about who you know!

The Italian sandwhich was amazing! It was huge and so flavorful! My brother got the HB Signature burger without guacamole and it was very bland. Not sure if their other burgers are any better. We got seated after a few minutes, but then were informed that we had to move shortly after we got our food because the music entertainer had to set up where we were. It was a miscommunication between staff members. The staff were super nice, and specifically, our server Mitch was so sweet and incredibly attentive. We opted to bring our entrees home. Probably won't return again on a Friday night, but we would like to try their pizza in the near future!
Thursday night bartender, Sarah, knows her stuff. I think I found my new favorite drink. Thanks!

As Chaska residents, we come to Heartbreakers fairly often but had never had Rose serve us before. We came in late on Sunday night to celebrate a friend’s birthday. She was an absolute delight. Not only did she do an incredible job taking care of our large group, she was kind, patient, spunky, has a wonderful sense of humor and is sweet as can be! We completely adored her. She is an excellent addition to the Heartbreakers staff! Thank you for adding to our awesome night out, Rose! Can’t wait to come back - we’ll be asking for you!I’d love to give a shout out to Cole as well. He is ALWAYS a dream and our group is so thankful every time he walks up to our table. He’s another reason we come to Heartbreakers as often as we do. We LOVE Cole.
