The Fries are always pale, floppy and soggy. It never used to be this way. In my opinion, it's about trying to meet a service time quota from the franchise owners. The Burgers are also very chewy in my experience over the last handful of months. I used to eat at McDonald's all the time, but it's pretty bad now (In my opinion).

Food was fine but the staff are incredibly disrespectful, especially the store manager Fili, every single time I've had an interaction with her she has done nothing but give me attitude and blame me for system issues on their end. I place my orders using the app for myself and my kids and there have been multiple times where she just straight up refused to process my order when I got there to pick it up

We live near this McDonalds and visit it a couple times a month. The people are nice, but the ALMOST NEVER get our order right. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered two Egg McMuffins with one of those a “ special “ (no cheese and substitute bacon for the ham). I got home with the order only to find they had made BOTH of them with the bacon and no cheese. My bad for not checking the order before leaving. You’d think I’d learn not to give them the benefit of the doubt.

The restaurant doesn't open until 6:00. Saw people trying to use the drive-thru between 5:30 and 6:00, and no one was answering when they drove up.
