They screwed Almost every time, I order my drive through order. Not only that, a I think the manager in charge is very rude with customers. Be careful when you order your food, check that you get everything in your order.

McDonald's is great fur what they are. They prioritize speed, cost, and consistency. My review is based on then achieving what they set out to do. Keep in mind what you are signing up for, and you will not be disappointed. If you are expecting a meal that you will remember and tell all your friends about, your expectations are misaligned with your choices in restaurant.

I'm giving this place a 4 star review only for the fact that Lorena the lady who had just taken my order was so nice. I could tell she was newer and this location was getting busy with their morning commute rush. However, I'm very disappointed in what I witnessed as I came up to the first window to pay. She was getting yelled at for not answering in a timely manner. This manager or whoever she was yelled at her to the point that she made this nice girl cry and want to quit on the spot. That to me is unacceptable and I feel Lorena deserves an apology! I get that it's busy and it's the holidays and everyone gets short staffed. I worked in the fast food industry and retail for many years and no one and I mean NO ONE deserves that treatment no matter the situation! Lorena keep shining! You got this girl!!

About a month ago I tried to order a frappe (only thing worth buying). They said the machine was broken. Tonight my partner tried to order me one, and it is STILL BROKEN. Maybe figure out HOW to clean it properly, or GET A NEW ONE.Dietary restrictions: Can't have wheat anymore.

This place is terrible. I have never felt more unheard in my life. All I wanted was a Mc flurry and to sit down and eat it with my friend and this location close there. I am their lobby an hour and a half before it said the lobby was closed. I am so disappointed and just feel like I am not heard as a human, and I feel like that I should be allowed to go in sit and eat my McFlurry. This is unacceptable and I will not stand for it. and the staff is so rude. I would not go to this location at all.

How does McDonald's get away with making their MCafe cup sizes different for ICED coffe vs ICED caramel macchiatos!? The mediums for iced coffees is the large for the macchiato, The small for iced coffees are the mediums for the macchiatos!!! AND YET YOU PAY MORE FOR THE MACCHIATO EVEN THOUGH YOU'RE GETTING LESS!

Underdone, oversalted, and still wrong.We ordered one fry with no salt and the other as regular. We got one with salt and one oversalted to the point they were trying to kill me, we get the new fries and lo and behold they are mushy and under done. We also got 1 double cheese burger and one double quarter pounder. Unfortunately counting to 2 is a bit tough as the quarter pounder came as a single. The last time they messed up our order this bad we called them back when we got home to which the manager took our address, promised us 2 meal cards and about a month later or so they still have never arrived.Please take your business to any other one besides this mcdonalds unless you like hearing the employees openly complain about customers like we can't hear them.
