They transferred my order to door dash without my approval. My tip and expectations were for a driver that was under the responsibility of the location I was ordering from and not some random moron failing a door dash order. The dasher sat at the restaurant for 20 minutes AFTER my pizza was DONE baking, just letting it get cold, before I finally canceled my order. 50 minutes after ordering I now have to go out and pick up my dinner from somewhere else. Definitely won’t be counting on this location again.

Papa John’s used to be my go to. I’ve ordered 3 pies so far in 2024 and each time has left me more and more disappointed. I payed how much for this???Dominos is back to #1 and Pizza Hut just came out of retirement. Never again Pappa John’s will you steal from me.
