Papa John’s used to be my go to. I’ve ordered 3 pies so far in 2024 and each time has left me more and more disappointed. I payed how much for this???Dominos is back to #1 and Pizza Hut just came out of retirement. Never again Pappa John’s will you steal from me.

Was a great experience ordering here. As someone who doesn’t eat papa John’s often the staff were really nice and were able to hook me on a deal when I was a few bucks short. Overall a 10/10

I’ve had issues with this location in the past, but it’s been a while since ordering and thought I’d give them a try. Mistake, I am so very disappointed in what I got versus what I ordered. I’ve ordered the same thing from Papa John’s for some time now so I know what to expect when made correctly. The Parmesan crusted Papadillas are my favorite and I ordered 2 tonight. What I actually got was two of the most sloppily and poorly executed pizzas folded in half. 90% of both Papadillas were crust. Full, thick, crunchy, air pocket ridden pizza crust. Papadillas when executed correctly do not have “crusts” also, what am I supposed to do when my Parmesan crusted “folded pizzas” DONT have Parmesan? So not only did I not get my Papadillas, I also didn’t get the explicit flavor/type either. It’s a shame when food is not made correctly, and I don’t like leaving reviews, but even trying to get a resolution isn’t easy. Do you know what is offered? A free meal, next order when called in to the store directly. Why would I want to order again when my food has been wrong so many times before. Hopefully I have learned my lesson, and have given them the few chances I’ve had to meet basic level of expectations. It’s a sad day when I’ve given up on any establishment.

Gave it a shot for the second time and still pretty bad. Super doughy and not fully cooked. Could barely hold the slice. Also overloaded with sauce. Wish the Shakoppee location delivered to Chaska. Try any other of the pizza places in Chaska besides this Papa John’s.

Love the pizza but I ordered pizza online ahead of time to be picked up at 6:15. Apparently they don't receive the order until thirty minutes before the requested time so if they become slammed in that time I have to wait an hour from the time I scheduled the food to be ready. I am very frustrated and have to waste my time sitting in the parking lot waiting!

The food is good but they have a 4 dollar fee for everything you order the last time we order we ordered 3 pizzas and 2 20 oz bottles and was charged 20 dollars in delivery fees and that was not the first time it happened to us and then they want you to tip the driver.
This is one of our go-to pizza delivery spots. Fast and easy but does get busy between 7-9 pm and during sports games. We like to use the app to order it is very quick and easy. We always do delivery it's just easier but pick-up is an option. No, dining in available and that's ok. I like eating in the comfort of my own home. We typically order half-and-half toppings. We really rely on that option because my husband and I have completely different tastes most days. We have never had issues with them not having something. It always comes hot and consistent. We also enjoy their cheesy bread too. Their pizza reminds me of childhood. It was the pizza they ordered for every slumber party or school event. Classically good. I think it's a good value compared to other local pizza delivery spots.

i used to love papa john's pizza but we received our order and the crust was still doughy and a few slices of our pizzas didn't even have any toppings on it. they remade our pizzas and delivered new ones, toppings looked better but crust was still soggy and doughy. i give up!

I love Papa Johns a lot so this is a hard review to leave. The food was great, it always is. But when my pizza was delivered on 8/20 with a man who was carrying a gun on him and it was very visible, at night, made me very uncomfortable.

How do I add photos to this review? I have proof of this claim. The dough is so undercooked it won't even transfer to a plate. I'm rebaking the pizza the best I can as it's all mangled from trying to pick it up and to think I ordered it to be well done. Nobody wants to wait another 45 minutes for a new pizza that may potentially and probably be just as bad. I regret tipping the driver 5 dollars cash. Though, when I called the store, the manager says I'll have a free pizza on my account but I'm not sure I'll be ordering from here again.
