Ordered a family size Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza and a Mediterranean Salad. They forgot the chicken on the pizza and some of the spinach was old and soggy.

Ordered on the phone and was ready when I got there early. They didnt seem busy! And I overheard them say the calzones are delicious if you have an air fryer but they hadn’t tried them in the oven. I’ll be back for pizza if I’m in town and ordering again.Thanks so much:)

0 stars!!!I went in today at 3pm to get a pizza with my legal service dog. I was told I needed to leave because of my dog by the person making pizzas.My dog goes everywhere with me, grocery stores, Target, Van Hansens butcher shops, and everywhere from Minnesota to Florida with no problems until today.I have been to Papa Murphys everywhere in the United States with no issues until today.I am looking into the legal percussions concerning this issue.

I was there once and I don’t think I wanna go back because the manager was yelling at one of the workers to get out and it was pretty disturbing to watch so I left without ordering

Shakopee location closed. Google said this was open. They're closed down too. Wasted a drive out here.

Recently, I ordered a pizza online for pickup. When I arrived to grab my pizza, I was right about to get my toddler from the car so we could go grab the pizza. A man who was still sitting in his car said that he'd be willing to keep an eye on my son while I ran in quick to grab my pizza. I kindly declined since I didn't know him personally. I brought my son in, we picked up the pizza and went back to the car. I noticed the same man walk into Papa Murphy's and walk behind the counter. So, he was obviously an employee or maybe even the franchise owner. So I'm incredibly grateful for the kindness this man showed. It speaks well to the kind of people that work there. I'll always be a customer to this location.

There was hair in the salads I got from there. The salads r closed with brand new tages on them. Come home to find that in the salads. Gross disgusting. Unhappy with it.

I am always amazed at how friendly and good natured the staff are considering the A/C has not worked in years and it's always 100 degrees while you wait. Come on management get your crap together and take better care of your staff and customers it really is poor. I dropped a line to the franchise. They don't seem to care about staff and customers, perhaps some pressure from corporate folks would get some action.
