Ordered pork chow Mein, ingredients consisted of only celery and brown sauce, nothing else. Returned food thinking there may have been a mistake. Told the chow mein was made the way they do all the time, all celery. Celery with a brown sauce is not pork chow mein, any place I have ever had pork chow mein, never ALL celery

Sadly this place has gone down hill. Poor quality food, dirty facilities and numerous complaints in other reviews of contaminants found in food. Our last three orders were almost all celery and no meat. Prices have also gone up which would be fine if the quality remained. As much as I want to, Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this locally owned restaurant.

I have purchased from here for over 3 years. Unfortunately during the past year the quality and quantity continue to go down while prices up. Knowing this, I tell them to charge me for extra meat and they do but won’t give me the extra chicken that I paid for one specific time I counted 5 very small pieces of chicken. Simple theft.

Unfortunately, The food at this restaurant was awful. I paid over 30.00 for lunch and was very disappointed about the taste of this food. It tasted burnt and the food looked very unappealing. I would not recommend this restaurant, especially for the amount of money I paid, it was not worth it.

This will be the last time I order from this restaurant. There was maybe 3 oz of meat combined between 4 dishes. The chicken chow mein was just celery and thickened soy sauce. The staff was not helpful at all when we called to place our order, it was almost like she was annoyed that I called. And they no longer deliver. For the price, I could have had Uber deliver Leann Chins from Chan.

I don't know if they're under new management, but the food tonight was amazing! Hasn't been this good in a long time! The fried chicken wings were meaty and flavorful. The cream cheese wontons were packed with delicious cream cheese and fried perfectly. The house special fried rice had lots of meat (especially shrimp). The General Tso chicken had large pieces of moist white meat chicken and sauce was fabulous. Very pleased with the meal. Unfortunately, they were without a driver today, so no delivery. But that wasn't a problem. They're only 4 minutes away from Carver, so we were happy to pick it up.
Ordered some chicken lo mein for take out, they forgot the chicken and added some extra grease to make up for it. After seeing reviews about scour pads and clothes tags I consider myself lucky. Used to be tasty and somewhat generous portions something has changed. Stay away is my advice

We have been eating here for 10+ years. Food has always been fast and delicious. Called to place an order today and was told that the pork fried rice ONLY comes as a party tray? What happened to the small/large size options. Then, all other food options are combos no matter what you order. I’ve never been forced to order a combo (fried rice and egg roll) when getting beef w. broccoli, Chow Mein, etc. The entire phone call was beyond confusing and I unfortunately had to cancel my order due to all of the changes. During the call the employee told me there were “technical difficulties” and hung up. Someone else called back and still couldn’t explain why I could not order singular dishes off the menu.
Beyond disappointing.

I have been ordering delivery from rising dragon for over a decade. It sometimes takes a long time but the food is consistently good. Called to order today and was told I am outside their delivery area. I said that can’t be, I have ordered delivery many times. I was told they have no record of that. Then she hung up on me?? If you changed your delivery area fine…. Just be transparent about it.
