I have been ordering delivery from rising dragon for over a decade. It sometimes takes a long time but the food is consistently good. Called to order today and was told I am outside their delivery area. I said that can’t be, I have ordered delivery many times. I was told they have no record of that. Then she hung up on me?? If you changed your delivery area fine…. Just be transparent about it.
Disappointed because I wanted to order vegetable egg foo young and vegetable egg rolls and they don't have either, even though they are both on the online menu. Time to update website.
We have been getting delivery for years and it has been awesome! Until the last couple times. Food comes cold. Not warm cold. We have to put it in the microwave. Also the beef and broccoli is just broccoli very little beef. So disappointed as this was our favorite go to for Chinese.
