I don't know if they're under new management, but the food tonight was amazing! Hasn't been this good in a long time! The fried chicken wings were meaty and flavorful. I have been ordering delivery from rising dragon for over a decade. It sometimes takes a long time but the food is consistently good. Called to order today and was told I am outside their delivery area. I said that can’t be, I have ordered delivery many times. I was told they have no record of that. Then she hung up on me?? If you changed your delivery area fine…. Just be transparent about it.
Disappointed because I wanted to order vegetable egg foo young and vegetable egg rolls and they don't have either, even though they are both on the online menu. Time to update website.
