Watched the staff as they were dealing with a very busy time. They were “All hands in deck”. It’s very hard working, adaptable crew. They deserve the support.

Pizza was really good not to much sauce, cesear salad good, buffalo wings amazing, but the lasagna was not good burnt and was just a 1 star but overall the food was really good.

Awesome food! The only issue I've had is trying to get delivery. Everytime i try, it says my address couldn't be found even though I only live 3 miles away.

We love sarpinos but unfortunately had a big ol hair in one of our pizzas, they did offer to refund us but since initially being contacted it has been hard to get a reply to solidify the refund.

I unfortunately had to move away recently as of July 2025 but the Chaska location has provided two years of absolutely divine pizza service. I primarily picked up but the one time I had delivery done? No different in the quality. The quality never wavered. The Midnight Express was my go to but the recent Crab Ragoon was absolutely fantastic!! I just want you all to know you're absolutely appreciated and one of the things I miss the most about being in Minnesota.

Really bummed that corporate recently updated the menu! Their Shrimp Alfredo was my favorite, so our family ordered from them at least twice a month. Now they don't carry anything with shrimp anymore, so we'll still order from them and get their spaghetti and pizza once in awhile, but not as often.

Pizza was ok. My neighbor ordered it. The delivery guy was extremely rude. He was yelling so loud that several people went into hall. One started to call 911. He was hostile and threatening in an elderly building. Said she gave wrong phone number, but she didn’t. She kept apologizing (not knowing why ) but he keot yelling and swearing at a 78 year old. She even tipped him we’ll. Never ordering there again

I made an online order and had realized after the order processed that there was an address saved and I am no longer at that address so I called to cancel the order 3-6 times and received no answer so I was unable to cancel there was no option to cancel online either, the delivery driver wanted to deliver but was told they couldn't because it was outside the delivery areas I would rather starve to DEATH than order from Sarpinos ever ever again because I lost over $40 because they wouldn't answer the phone!! I DESERVE A REFUND but I'm sure I won't get one. Never Never Ever Ever Ever Ever will I order from Sarpinos again!!!!!!

I went in to sarpinos never having their pizza before so I decided what the heck I'll try it . I was met with very nice employees that recommend me a deal immediately. Unfortunately I was on lunch break so only got an 8 in pizza , hot honey and pepperoni. It was delicious, best pizza I've had in a long while ! It was light but sauce was very good . The crust was crunchy but light . I basically ate the whole thing in about a minute because it was that dam good . Highly recommend place . I will be going back anytime I'm working or near chaska . Also they brought pizza right to my vehicle even know I said I would come back in to get . 6 out of 5 guys keep it up very impressive service.

Moved out to chaska 4 years ago and was excited to have a great pizza delivery place. We order a few times and month and it was great for the first few years. The last 6-8 times have been downright awful. Very slow service and pizza kind of went down hill as well. Prices obviously have gone up. It is to bad when I can call Dominos and get crappy pizza for 60% less. Disappointed customer that will only order if I am desperate.
