I ordered baked cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce and they made spaghetti noodles with Alfredo sauce I brought it back they apologized and made what I ordered baked cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce well it was under cooked noodles were not done and cheese was not baked they compd me with a slice of cheese cake which was kind however I do not eat sweets also the garlic bread whatever that comes with pasta was burnt and dry I have been patient over the years this time was enough to be the last time I just can not anymore the times my orders were correct the food was fantastic however pros and cons as well as I do not have time to wait each time sarpinos u can succeed if u really want to I wasted my money on food I didn’t eat ughh

Best. Service. Ever! After attending an event we came back late and looked if Sarapinos was open. Google said it was open till 2AM. As I walked in an employee (Jeff) walked to the door and as we entered. Well google was mistaken, they close at midnight, not 2 AM and it was 1130 PM. Jeff told me not to worry, even after I told him that I would be happy to order another time and understood they wanted to go home.
Jeff assured me that it was not problem and that he could not deny anyone the best pizza in town. He told me to wait in my car and he would bring the pizzas out.
Kudo's to that team.

Having just moved to Chaska from Michigan I stopped by to pic up a menu two weeks ago.
We ordered three (two 14" and One 12") create your own basic pizzas yesterday 7/6/24 for dinner. When I arrived to pick up the order I was surprised that the cost for the three pizzas was over $66.00. I questioned the store rep about the price and he said it was correct.
When I got home I checked the pricing on the menu that I had picked up at the store two week earlier and discovered that I had been overcharged by ~ $14.00. I went back the next day to get a refund for the overage only to be told that the prices had increased. I explained to the employee who gave me the menu two weeks earlier that he did not say anything about a price increases when he gave me the menu. So I was told that the price I was charged is it. — NO credit or cash back.
I will never go to this establishment ever again.

CALL DIMINOS FIRST. The driver didn't give me all my food. Food was cold. When i spoke to driver he said he would be right back. After 15 minutes I cancelled and enjoyed a partial dinner. Store employee didn't care that I didn't get my dinner. Waiting for a partial refund on food that didn't receive. Call Domino's first...
