Great to see the turn out for Goat Fest 2025. It was too busy and super long wait times in line to get a beer. Parking in the side ditch on Hwy 61/Chaska Blvd and the long walk up the hill was not ideal but it was because so many came out for this event so all is well, we have fun. Can't review the beers as the line was so long, never got one after paying the $15 admission. May try it again on a different day.
Schram Haus Brewery in Chaska is worth a stop. It is a big open industrial design with woods, metals, brick and high ceilings. Staff is friendly, music is good, they serve pizza and snacks and served 13 of their beers on tap for my stop. Beers included an IPA, DNEIPA, Fruited IPA, Cold IPA, Blonde, American Red, barrel aged sour, fruited sour, fruited hazy IPA, Dark lager, lager, pilsner, and a hefeweizen. The business was clean, and the service was excellent.
We had a half Pretzel and the special which is a pizza with two beer. The pizza was good, the Pretzel was great and the beer was delicious.
