At first it was ok someone greeted me as I came in. Asked a cashier a question politely about wait time. She gave me a horrible not friendly attitude and said “would I know? Go ask someone down there.” She rolled her eyes and walked away, even though there was a line behind me still. I just left without putting in an order cause I couldn’t believe how she treated a customer. Probably won’t come back to this store again sadly.

I don’t believe they’re adequately staffed. Whether that has to do with amount of staff, skill set, or both. There’s just not enough to keep up with the amount of people that go to this one. The pick up time is extremely unreliable due to this as well. You should not go here if you have somewhere to be. I avoid this location when I can.

When ordering on the app they always miss the promised ready time. I've had to wait up to 25 minutes past the time. It said it would be ready before. It's ridiculous please hire more people and pay them an actual living wage with benefits

I love Starbucks but this is one of the SLOWEST drive thrus. Doesn’t matter what time of day I come it’s always a long wait. I will often drive to a farther location just so I don’t have to wait. It’s a bummer that the order ahead feature is often turned off so I can’t even place a mobile order for pick up to prevent a long wait.

Staff is very friendly but it feels like they are short staffed all of the time.

Slowest drive thru in the history of drive thru’s. Do not go here unless you want to be trapped in the slowest line in the world for 40 minutes. 0 out of 0 do not recommend.

They're snazzy. Clean and spacious. The barista there made the drinks really yummy. Not to mention, they have cool holographic tumblers that change color from the angle of lighting you see it from. Wee!

I dont know what happened to this Starbucks in the last few years, but their employees are incredibly rude and abusive to customers....and it happens literally every single time we come here. Avoid unless you want to be lectured about pick up times, or wait 30 minutes for a black coffee..
