No response from the employee
They're snazzy. Clean and spacious. The barista there made the drinks really yummy. Not to mention, they have cool holographic tumblers that change color from the angle of lighting you see it from. Wee!

Literally drink is more ICE THAN ANYTHING
I dont know what happened to this Starbucks in the last few years, but their employees are incredibly rude and abusive to customers....and it happens literally every single time we come here. Avoid unless you want to be lectured about pick up times, or wait 30 minutes for a black coffee..
My mother and I pulled into the drive through at this location and the barista asked us what we could get started with. My mother has a speech impediment and english is not her first language, she speaks english fluently but as she was saying her order, she was cut off. As she was attempting to apologize, the staff member cut her off yet again and said “I said I will be right with you” in a non-professional tone. I’m not really one to write reviews but was very disappointed in this staff members treatment towards us. We pulled up to the window after waiting and my mother wanted to confirm that she was charged her extra dragon fruit to which the barista rolled her eyes and yelled “yes, I already confirmed that with you. We are short staffed, I cannot do this right now.” I understand the frustration of being short staffed and I myself didn’t want to hold up the line but I calmly told the barista if she could please be more patient with those who have a speech impediment and she slammed the drive thru window mid conversation and shook her head. Very disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning. Hope this can be a learning moment for the team, discrimination is not okay.
On Saturday afternoon I received the best customer service ever!! I didn’t catch his name but you’ve got a great one Starbucks! Thank you!
This place doesnt even operate like a Starbucks. 10 minute wait just to ring up an off the shelf product. Doors are locked during business hours. Employees look lost behind the counter. This has been consistent for over a year. It's time for Starbucks corporate to intervene on this botched excuse for a coffee shop.

Went in for 2 coffees, and a cheese Danish, got my warm cheese Danish, but it say on the counter for 10 minutes while I waited for the drinks. Seems like you are taking care of drive up window, not the customer's that choose to walk into the building. I guess now I know why the company has to close stores.
Horrible service inside. Took over 20 minutes to get two coffees. They need to have a better system in place. We chose to order inside because the drive through line was long. I watched the staff focus on the drive through customers and not the customers physically in the store. Staff needs some serious training on how to multi task so everyone is taken care of in a timely manner. Will not be coming back to this location.
You allow people to order for pick up, but you lock your doors so they can’t get their order sitting on the counter because of “Low staffing”. So then the only way to get your already paid order is to join the 25 car drive through lane. If you aren’t allowing people inside, then turn off mobile ordering and update your app to say that in store is closed, just drive through is open.
This is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve visited. The staff is rude. The drive thru barely had any cars but still takes forever. I would not recommend ever going to this Starbucks. Go to the one in target instead.
The wait times here are sooo long. Either they're understaffed or they're lazy? My experience here has been that they will greet you at the counter on their own time. I've worked in customer service for years and that's terrible way to treat customers. I've been to other Starbucks locations that have been busier and received my drink with shorter wait times. Don't try this location unless you have time to wait for your order.
