Ordered from the app on multiple occasions and every single time something has been missing from the order. It's almost as if it's done on purpose as I see other reviewers saying the same thing. Would be more surprised if the order was correct. Not sure why I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt this long, but it's out of hand at this point. Check your order before leaving. Also, the food isn't even good and seems low quality, but it's the only option for a quick sandwich in town so just have to choke it down occasionally.

CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING. So sick and tired of dealing with this incompetent Subway location. Multiple instances of them “forgetting” to include items in the order when ordering from the app. Probably should just uninstall their app so I’m no longer tempted with their promotions since more often than not they forgot something from our order.

I know it’s subway so I shouldn’t expect much, but customer service is just not existent at this place. They only speak Spanish and really hesitate to give proper veggie and sauce portions. Quite unfriendly… unless you speak Spanish.

Subway had good sandwiches in general. This location specifically not greatly accessible if differently abled or elderly people would want to get to the store. Just stairs and could be slippery on snowy days. Stores could use a greeting approach to customers who come in, feels like you are on your own for a while. Overall decent location and quality.

Was given DRY & STALE bread & when I went to the fountain drink area, no ice. I asked the employee if they could give me ice & they said they are out of ice?! If u are then why did you hand me a cup when I ordered a fountain drink & not tell me there was no ice?! At least put a sign on the machine! And drink cooler was almost empty of bottled drinks. Employees did not care about it at all & didn't speak English. Does the owner know about this poor service?

I have ordered by app 4+ times and not one order has been correct. Each has been missing something not sure how hard it is to follow a receipt(missing topping, mayo, cookie, not toasted, etc). Twice the pop machine did not work, was only putting out water but yet they still sold fountain drinks. I gave it multiple chances and won’t be back anymore.

Literally never written a Google Review in my life but I just had to today. Ate here once a year ago and got hair in my sandwich. Today I went back, ordered a BLT and received two slivers of bacon on a foot long sandwich. Hands down the worst subway I've ever experienced 1 star.
Say it was a 3.7 star rating and was suspicious at fist but got in and was very clean and very good service.

Crappy service evertime I order through door dash grub hub we here the wrong order just received another customer order for 14$ but paid 35$ for ours their customer service is horrible and don't resolve issues. If you want to get ripped off order from this location and get not what you ordered or qty but less and over pay with them telling you sorry not our problem
