I have known the store manager Danielle for over 15 years and she is a top-notch lady. She has grown her way up the ladder. She is always in a positive mood even when she has to work by herself. She makes her job look really easy, always makes me feel welcome, and never gets impatient when I'm indecisive. The store is always very clean and the food is always very fresh.Vegetarian options: If you don't like meat, you can get any vegetable you would like, including the works.. Choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickles, you can add spinach, peppers, dressing or seasoning for no additional charge

Terrible location. The owner has no clue what she’s doing and should cut her losses before she looses all her money. Or she could stop taking anyone that blows through the door as an employee. I’ve worked CS for 15 years and never in my life would I allow an employee to speak to a customer the way she allows. I know you’re desperate for an employee but theres not enough desperation on the planet. There literally no hope for the customer service industry with owners like you.

Went here two days in a row for lunch a week and a half ago. Both times were great experiences. The second time there was only one gal working. She did awesome. She had a positive attitude and didn't get overwhelmed or try to rush things. The food was good both times as well.

I didn't catch her name, but the (beautiful) young woman who helped me was so incredibly nice! She even put my chips on my sandwich for me after telling her I do those instead of sauces!
Subway was wonderful. I walk with a cane so the cashier also helped me to bring it to my car. We need more people like this??

Easy parking right out front downtown Chaska. I sometimes forget about this spot because it doesn't face 41 but Coopers parking lot.I miss the $5 foot long. Now it's more like $15 foot long. It just doesn't have the same catchy tune for a commercial I guess. Same ol' recipe! The taste is expretreemly constant and fresh.The service was so kind and they tried to strike up a conversation while finishing up. Even though it's a fast food chain, it made me feel a little bit like a mom-and-pop small-town shop.
