Great tasting protein shakes and teas. There are many flavors of protein shakes that have about 24 grams of protein (there are options to add more). The teas also have caffeine and personally are my favorite of the two. Highly recommend trying if you haven’t!
I go to this nutrition shop every morning. The shakes and teas are delicious and have helped reduce my craving for sugar. I have lost 7 pounds in the first 10 days. Highly recommend for a healthy treat for yourself. The owner and her employee are both so incredibly nice and very accommodating.
