Stood in line and watched employees serve those standing right in front of us. Walked 2 more feet forward to the window and the employee told us that they were unable to take an order because they needed to close because of the events downtown for Western Days. When I asked why they served people standing right in front of us, they said again that they should have even closed sooner.
I guess this establishment doesn’t want business and doesn’t train employees in customer service. I will not be back…

Poor service, worker was more worried about pleasing his little girlfriends who came in after us. Our ice cream was soup when we got it and after leaving we realized we never got our drinks. It took 35 minutes to get two chicken strip meals.

The food is pretty good. Ice cream is tasty. It costs $7+ for a medium blizzard, and they don't really overfill the cup much like most places. They get orders wrong fairly often.

Dairy Queen is Dairy Queen. I mean this as a compliment. I've been to dozens of DQ locations and they are always consistently good. Their $7 meal deal is great deal!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! If I could give it negative stars, I would! Worst service EVER and food was NOT GOOD! Visited today and waited over 30 min for my food, only to find out they had ran out of gravy for my chicken strip basket and they didn't have the grilled chicken I had ordered and gave me a crispy chicken instead . This information wasn't given when I placed my order. If I would have known, I would have gone elsewhere. I also watched other people come and complain about their food not being right. Staff argued and bickered at each other right in front of the window where we could see and hear the whole conversation. They didn't have a clue what orders they had filled or needed to fill. The cook which I overheard was the "manager" kept coughing into her hand and I never once saw her wash her hands nor put on some gloves. The girl who took my order was also very rude. This is all happening as the restaurant isn't even busy at all. The staff was also on their phones and seemed bothered they had to put it down to talk to customers. Never stopping here again!

I have no idea who you are. I also did not get any kind of treat. I'm not sure what you are talking about! This place is ridiculous. They can't keep track of all the customer complaints apparently. ???

No big menu just small menu they could add one only menu outside. Dirty needs some cleaning windows are dirty. Sometimes Dosent even get your food right. Service is ok workers aren’t always at the cash register sometimes they just ignore people.
I asked for a spoon and the guy said you don’t deserve a spoon

We went there and there were 2 workers sitting at a table vaping. One went and grabbed a brownie, split it in half with her bare hands with no washing then or anything. And there crunch is just sprinkles with crushed up peanuts not even crunch
