Nice casual spot with pizza, tacos (on taco Tues), & burgers (tho on Taco Tuesday) & some other items. Beer, liquor also available at the bar. Pizza made to order was quite decent, esp. for a small town in the middle of very sparsely populated area. Another plus: open fairly late (til 9p on a weeknight) for a dining option in that part of the country--most spots close earlier. Very comfortable atmosphere. Super staff. Entirely pleasant all the way around. Don't get me wrong--I wouldn't give their pizza a 5 if it was in a metro. But it's not & the pie's decent. The overall experience is even better, so it gets a 5 from me.
We ate at Piccadilly on June 10, 2025, the evening before we climbed Culebra. We had read several positive reviews and our AirBnB hostess highly recommended the restaurant as well. We were not disappointed. The pizza was made fresh and was outstanding. They also made excellent wings which were baked rather than fried - our preference. The beer was cold and the service excellent. The young couple who own the place are friendly, attentive and committed to providing fresh, delicious food. We highly recommend the place and will return the next time we're in the area.
I live in San Luis and come here all the time. Under new ownership recently, they've added to the food offerings by expanding their menu and serving breakfast, but it's also the local gathering spot for Bronco games and other celebrations. Folks are friendly and the place has a lot of charm. The bar was once a soda fountain and then a barber shop, which is evident by the back bar "booths" that were used by the different barbers, but now hold bottles and glassware. Definitely worth a stop if you're passing through. Great bowl of pork green chile or red bean chile along with burgers, pizza, wings, sub sandwiches, etc. Best menudo I've had. It's been given a nice facelift since these pics were taken.
Yes, in this tiny little town, I had the best pizza I had for years. They do pizza right by heaps of cheese and toppings, not bread! While everyone else props their crust, the bread, Piccadilly Circus Pizza puts the focus where it should be, cheese, cheese, and more cheese. Delicious!
Stopped in hoping for a bite to eat but besides burgers and pizza, the options were next to nil. I asked about the chef salad; the young woman at the counter sighed and said “I have everything but the eggs.” Had she continued and said “I’ll add extra ham,” I might have ordered. I just shook my head and left.
This was the only open place we could find to eat. There were two sweet girls working and they advised us and made our food to order. The food was good. It's quite interesting; it is really kind of a convenience store building but functions as a sit-down restaurant. There was an unmanned bar inside. Attached was a little ice cream counter and souvenir shop. It's just such a different culture to this city girl, and I loved it.
We were driving through this part of Colorado and needed to have lunch. There are very few towns in this area and fewer restaurants. Piccadilly Circus Pizza was open so we stopped. We ordered cheeseburgers and were very pleasantly surprised at how good they were. I’m guessing they’re 1/2 lb, so they’re very good size. The fries were also very good. The cheeseburger costs $8.99. But given the size and overall quantity of good, this price is reasonable. The next time I’m in San Luis I’ll definitely stop at Piccadilly Circus Pizza.

Pizza was excellent. service was okay. Decor was awesome. San Luis is billed as the oldest town in Colorado. A very unique and beautiful area.
We stopped into Piccadilly Pizza on our way to Taos, NM and were pleased that we did. We ordered the supreme combo because we wanted to have leftovers to take with us. We were not disappointed! Our pizza was pipping hot and delicious. We have stopped here many times and have always enjoyed it. Make sure you engage the locals because they are full of wonderful stories, anywhere from UFO sightings to the history of the area. We will definitely stop again and again and again.....
I was on a road trip with a friend and we stopped in the Piccadilly Circus Pizza for a late breakfast. It was the only place that seemed to be open. The food took a long time to get and when we finally received our breakfast burritos, they were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. After taking a few bites, we got up and left. The food was terrible.
