Ordered a classic roast beef sandwich throu the drive thru. Got to work and it had cheese and BBQ sauce on it! No one answered when I attempted to call there. Two prior visits I asked for crinkle fries and curly fries. No more Arby's for a while!

I went to pick a DoorDash up through the drive through I assumed the lobby was closed because I see a worker cleaning and everyone was in the drive through. When I get to the window I say the DoorDashers name and one of the employees came and asked the order so I confirmed it. He handed me the bag without it closed and having stickers on the bags or drinks so I kindly asked for stickers. He said yes then the window was open and overheard the female manger saying “I never heard someone coming through the drive through for a DoorDash make sure you confirmed because people lie” then came with the food and shoved it out the window to me very rudely. Very very unprofessional of her!! I’ll be making a complaint to DoorDash also! Very disappointed in the Arby’s employees tonight. Please don’t work in fast food/ customer service if you’re going to be overly rude to your customers!!

If you want good service you have to go inside, they always treat you great inside. Older lady that does the drive-thru is rude and nasty. I would hazard to guess this is why they are hardly ever busy. People want to go through the drive-thru.
As I was roadtripping with my family, I exclaimed; But mother, we haven’t had dinner! Thou must suffer child, thy mother replieth. But although thine food hath not arrived in my hands just yet, I have high expectations, for I have had Arby’s thrice before. I order the buffalo chicken sandwich, which has never failed to impress. Thine cravings begged for more and so, I, reluctant to spend my precious money, added mozzarella sticks to my order. I am in the line at McDonald’s, somewhat eastward of Arby’s but still with my precious food waiting in store across the way I wait, whilst my family ordereth from thine beloved McDonald’s. Thine reviews of which are somewhat haunting. The line is slow, and I have doubt the food is ready, which is not good considering I have been waiting fifteen long grueling minutes whilst I just hope to god my food is even being made. Out of all the Arby’s, this is the worst. They had to turn on the fryer to cook my chicken which means they haven’t had customers in a while, which while, this town is rather small, could be a signifier that this is a hated and loathed Arby’s that people don’t go to. I am picking up my food

The atmosphere is absolutely terrible. Coworkers especially the cook are all just yelling and arguing. Was a terrible experience. And you could see buns on the floor and fries, no one was cleaning up. My lunch was today 6/6/2025 approx pick up was around 12:10pm
