Busy morning today but the service and the environment was great. Melissa was performing professionally and with enthusiasm despite the amount of customers in the restaurant. If I had an option for 6 stars I would gladly give it.

We went through the drive through and got a bacon king burger, mozzarella fries, chicken fries and cinnamon minis. The minis were cold and so was everything else. I ate my mozzarella fries and chicken fries bc I was starving and didn’t want to wait. But my partner didn’t want to eat her cold burger. So we go back through the drive through and ask for a new one made and the staff said “oh my god yea pull to the second window” please don’t work at a fast food restaurant if you’re going to be rude! Especially when you’re the only spot OPEN at night knowing it’s going to get busy. Do better staff.

Never been to this place when any manager or employees could get orders taken with out confusion and if it was more than two cars it took 15 minutes to get food. Everyones a crab. Tonight i asked the drive through person how ling the wait was for food because she took 15 minutes to process 3 cars infr9!5 of me and there was other cars leaving and 5 behind me. So i was curious if the drive through was that slow how long food would be. I got screamed at through the drive throughto get out of here. It is what it is. Same manager acted exactly the same once before to a car infront of me but i figured what ever. 8-2-25 10:05pm Cloquet MN This place is always unorganized and bad attitude. Never fails!!

Obviously it's a burger king so expectations were not high but I was pleasantly surprised. Food tasted like every other burger king. Employees were really nice and really helpful. Food came out quickly. I ordered a drink and they didn't give me a cup so I just asked and was given one quickly. Nothing really to complain about.

The food was disgusting the fries were cold so was the burger. They said no ice machine was not working popcorn was extremely warm and flat. Last visit here YUCK!
Stopped to have a meal around 8pm on a Saturday and the lobby doors were locked. Sign on door clearly stated that they close at 10pm.

Dad, Sister and I went here at about 5:13 and pulled up to the drive-through pick-up window at about 5:15. We got a $7 meal deal with three chicken sandwiches. They were slammed and a bit crabby, but that doesn't explain the reason that one of the employees working at the time (Male about 20-22 with short brown hair) was sitting in the back room drinking his drink, set it down, wiped off his greasy sweaty hair and face, did NOT wash his hands, and proceeded to bag our food and try to hand it to us. My dad had them re-make our food, (and it was good) but went inside to watch them re-make it. Turns out they guy was also wearing sandals and not closed toe shoes which is not only unsafe, it's unsanitary. The guy got called out for it and went to throw a tantrum somewhere else. Might not come back, but i'd rather not risk our safety.

The gal had no smile and Burger King needs to get rid of all microwaves!! They all seem to microwave most everything hot!! Burger King used to be my favorite go to. But the burgers are made too far in advance so they just throw them in the microwave. So we end up everytime rubbery hamburgers, soggy empty cheesy tater tots, because they were deep fried then they microwaved everything out of the center of the cheesy tater tots and they are doggy and nasty!! I was to the one up in Cloquet, MN., the one in North Branch,MN, Rush City, Mn. and Grand Rapids, MN. Sad but absolutely true!! Burger King is not my choice by far anymore!! Very dissapointing!! I miss my Junior whopper, and I miss my Western Burger. Please take out the MICROWAVES!!
