Obviously it's a burger king so expectations were not high but I was pleasantly surprised. Food tasted like every other burger king. Employees were really nice and really helpful. Food came out quickly. I ordered a drink and they didn't give me a cup so I just asked and was given one quickly. Nothing really to complain about.

The food was disgusting the fries were cold so was the burger. They said no ice machine was not working popcorn was extremely warm and flat. Last visit here YUCK!

Stopped to have a meal around 8pm on a Saturday and the lobby doors were locked. Sign on door clearly stated that they close at 10pm.

Dad, Sister and I went here at about 5:13 and pulled up to the drive-through pick-up window at about 5:15. We got a $7 meal deal with three chicken sandwiches. They were slammed and a bit crabby, but that doesn't explain the reason that one of the employees working at the time (Male about 20-22 with short brown hair) was sitting in the back room drinking his drink, set it down, wiped off his greasy sweaty hair and face, did NOT wash his hands, and proceeded to bag our food and try to hand it to us. My dad had them re-make our food, (and it was good) but went inside to watch them re-make it. Turns out they guy was also wearing sandals and not closed toe shoes which is not only unsafe, it's unsanitary. The guy got called out for it and went to throw a tantrum somewhere else. Might not come back, but i'd rather not risk our safety.

The gal had no smile and Burger King needs to get rid of all microwaves!! They all seem to microwave most everything hot!! Burger King used to be my favorite go to. But the burgers are made too far in advance so they just throw them in the microwave. So we end up everytime rubbery hamburgers, soggy empty cheesy tater tots, because they were deep fried then they microwaved everything out of the center of the cheesy tater tots and they are doggy and nasty!! I was to the one up in Cloquet, MN., the one in North Branch,MN, Rush City, Mn. and Grand Rapids, MN. Sad but absolutely true!! Burger King is not my choice by far anymore!! Very dissapointing!! I miss my Junior whopper, and I miss my Western Burger. Please take out the MICROWAVES!!

Pre-ordered and paid on the app for countertop pickup,
I looked at our food as we were driving away. It looked and smelled weird. I went to take a bite and I said something's not right here.
Then the kids that picked up the food from the counter proceeded to tell me one employee said we have no meat to cook. Our equipment is not working and then someone says we can use the microwave.
So that would explain why our fries smelled and looked weird and were super soggy, our cheesy tots were so hard you could barely open them up to see that there was nothing inside, so I'm guessing everything got microwaved and it was sitting in a tray cold until they microwaved it.
The impossible meat that was on the Whoppers which you pay extra for did not even smell cooked or feel cooked. It didn't smell like anything at all.
My wife is vegetarian so we've had the impossible Whopper many times before and usually it's so convincing. She has me double check it's fake meat before she eats it.
I've even helped a customer at the counter who was in disbelief that it was a fake meatless Patty and kept trying to have the employees get the impossible Burger because he was in disbelief.
Patties are fantastic and typically smell like a Whopper.
This version we got was slimy smooth and not cooked at all.

Wife went to pickup a $5.00 deal. Person taking order kept getting confused with this simple order. Ended up getting the burger (which was fine). Two orders of French fry’s totaling about 10 actual fries and a small coke. The coke had NO ice in it at all. Very disappointing….
