Wife went to pickup a $5.00 deal. Person taking order kept getting confused with this simple order. Ended up getting the burger (which was fine). Two orders of French fry’s totaling about 10 actual fries and a small coke. The coke had NO ice in it at all. Very disappointing….

Hard to have a conversation when two of the workers are talking very loudly behind the counter. Watched an older couple walk out shaking their heads.
The drive thru cashier rambled some creepy limericks about Spam while I waited for my Whopper without a bun. I finally received it and drove away. When I parked to eat the burger, I was dismayed to find a loose burger, tomato and lettuce at the bottom of the bag on top of some ketchup packets. No wrapper, no box.I called to let them know and the young woman on the phone informed me that she watched the cook wrap it, so I must have lost the wrapper.There was no wrapper in the bag. It's not a big deal but nothing to be rude about.I don't eat things that have been flopped about with grimy ketchup packets, so that was a waste of 7 bucks.Stop here if you like bad limericks.

Overall it's the average fast food place, it's like McDonald's if they decide not to body slam their burgers.The food is alright, but the fiery chicken nuggets are not good, they have no spice, taste like you basted chicken in a knock off of franks hot sauce for years, then froze them for decades, then re-heated them.
