What a hidden gem!! Pulled into the parking lot on a Thursday mid afternoon on our way to Giants Ridge. Lots of cars, good sign!! Went to the bar side and started with a Bloody Mary that was delicious with beef stick, olive and pickle. Got the 1/2 rack rib special that was fall off the bone fabulous! Also got the Lois, which was a hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and beef gravy, it too was very tasty!! Staff was very friendly!! Will definitely be back when we are up this way again!!

Food consistently is good. But make sure you have plenty of time. Went for breakfast, 45 minute wait on food. They were not that busy. Had to ask for coffee refills.
We had Carmen’s bartend our wedding and their team was phenomenal. Their team got everything set up and taken down and everything went off without a hitch! Everyone at our wedding was raving about how lovely the bar crew was throughout the night. I can’t say enough good things about Carmen’s. Go give them your business!

Service and food is always good. From my experience on Friday, I would change the stars to 1. The waitress was horrible. She waited on 2 tables that came after me first. One table received their food and were done eating before i received my food. I had to ask for the coleslaw that came with the meal. The food was cold. Waitress came back much later and asked if everything was OK while she was walking by. Never stopped for an answer. When she finally came with containers and bill, I told her the food was cold when we got it. She just walked away, didn't say a word. This same waitress was rude a prior time I was there. Food was good at that time, but someone else brought the food out.
