Cold congealed industrial processed paper thin bacon on a BLT with smashed flavorless bread.... And the mac and cheese tasted like you just mixed up some Velveeta and threw in some overcooked noodles...

I definitely enjoy the taste of the food but it seems like it needs a little bit of extra meat. It taste more bread than I do with sandwich.

I occasionally order the Colossus box for game nights with friends - absolutely love doing this! Tasty and fun variety. Good value for fresh subs. The condiment box is great. And the staff even offered to help carry everything to my car. Thank you so much for great service!!

I called this store before I got there to ensure they had a microwave as I was wanting my meat heated, they said “Yep. We do” so I went in, ordered my sub, asked for the meat heated and was treated so rudely. “We don’t do that” “this meat is already fresh” etc. I stated I had just called to ensure this was ok before driving in and we were returned with a massive eye roll by the boy taking our order. I, feeling very uncomfortable asked if this was something that was too hard to do? In the end, got my heated meat sub, but will not be back at this location.

Terrible experience today. Most of the soda was out. The ice machines all broken. When we got our sandwiches they were tiny yest still cost the exact same. The kid taking our order even looked high as a kite and acted it as well. Will never go to cloquets store again pathetic.

Very disappointed with this store. They used to be good and we rarely get soup and subs from there anymore bc it’s so bad. I wanted soup bc i’m sick and all the soup we ordered was old and congealed. You could tell it was left out. Also when my husband picked up our order they were rude and made him get the drinks we ordered out of the case. If it’s a pickup order and we pay a tip, I think they should have everything ready for us. Service, atmosphere and the Food are all 0/10. The last time we ordered from them was a few months ago and we had to throw most of it away it was so bad. This was the last straw won’t be ordering from them again.

I asked if the sub meat could be heated and the three workers laughed as if it was a crazy request. Then, I quickly ordered soup because of the way they responded. The wild rice chicken soup was cold and had a weird smell and after taste of gasoline.

I am still trying to figure out what happened tonight at the Cloquet location. If the man child who helped us tonight is actually a manager, this location is doomed. They made a mistake with our order, then this manager had a huge attitude when we returned to get the second half of our order. He was swearing and refusing service and demanding us to leave. Sorry, not without what we paid for. I called back to speak to a manager (not knowing it was him) and was treated equally as bad after just asking to speak to a manager. He wouldn’t answer me when I simply asked to speak to a manager and kept acting like he couldn’t hear me. When I said I knew he could hear me he said “I know I can, you’re wasting my time” and hung up on me. Customer service isn’t for everyone and he needs to find an easier job that doesn’t require so much of him since he obviously can’t handle it. Will not return.

Wouldn’t know what to rate my food since I never received it. Placed my order half an hour before store close, which was perfectly enough time to make 2 sandwiches, I’ve seen them do it myself. I waited over half an hour and never got any update on my order besides that it was received at the store. By then the store had closed and I hadn’t received a phone call, or an email saying that my order couldn’t be fulfilled since they closed, so there goes 30$. Get better workers and not teens that are too scared to pick up a damn phone.

I have ordered from this place a few times. first time the wrong sandwich was delivered, 2nd time I ordered mac and cheese bbq brisket and received just plain mac and cheese. staff is rude when confronted on these mistakes. even tried to blame it on the delivery service once. I like the food but I will make sure that I go in the store so I can make sure I get what I pay for. Staff should be talked to about how rude they are yo customers.

Most of the sandwiches I've gotten here have been amazing, one or two have missed the bar but I've been coming for a year and can always get a quality lunch.
