Wouldn’t know what to rate my food since I never received it. Placed my order half an hour before store close, which was perfectly enough time to make 2 sandwiches, I’ve seen them do it myself. I waited over half an hour and never got any update on my order besides that it was received at the store. By then the store had closed and I hadn’t received a phone call, or an email saying that my order couldn’t be fulfilled since they closed, so there goes 30$. Get better workers and not teens that are too scared to pick up a damn phone.

Sent me the wrong sandwich, so I put in a support ticket online. After a week with no response, I called the store and the employee took down my info and I was told I would be called back to solve this. It’s now been 11 days and I’ve not even received an apology for the issue, much less any communication. I paid for a sandwich I didn’t get and it shouldn’t be this hard to get a refund or at least a credit to my account.

First time there. The food was delicious, restrooms and eating area needed attention.
Unfortunately not a good outing for these guys, we ordered three sandwiches and not one of us could stomach eating more than half, between soggy maybe old bread, too not enough ingredients in the sandwiches, sorry guys but I'll be passing this sandwich shop from now

The best thing that can be said about this place is that it's better than subway. That isn't a high bar though. They don't give ya much food for the price and the food they get you is pretty forgettable. Also they forgot to give me my sandwiches so I was just standing there for a couple minutes before they realized they'd left them on the counter without calling me. There are better options but if you're in a hurry it's not bad and it generally shouldn't take long.

Place is a but messy. No soap in bathroom. The sandwich line was a disaster. Bread everywhere with ingredients all over the line. The sandwich I got the bread was falling apart and the ingredients were minimal except for the LARGE amount of lettuce. They only had 3 chips to choose from (Sour cream, bbq and doritos). I live in the Twin Cities. Erberts and Gerberts was one of my favorite sandwich shops, then almost all closed. I was super excited to see one in Cloquet as I was driving thru. Im not sure if its the cahin itself or just this one that was very disappointing.
