My wife and I stopped here for lunch. She had a cheeseburger and fries. I had never seen fries that were that greasy. Crazy. I had a BLT and a cup of chili. Some of the bacon was pretty raw. The chili wasn't very good. Kind of tasted like that canned Hormel chili in a can that ya get at the grocery store. Maybe there breakfast is the star - seemed like a lot of people were eating that.

A busy little cafe filled with locals. It was fun watching the banter between customers and staff. I've been here for breakfast and lunch. I can't say that I would recommend the breakfast. When I go to a restaurant, I prefer to have something homemade. I tend to get an upset stomach from processed foods with lots of additives and preservatives. The biscuits and gravy were so disappointing. The gravy was clearly from a mix and lacked flavor. The biscuits were reminiscent of the kind you get from the refrigerator section. The country fried steak was a breaded ground beef patty straight from the freezer section of a Cisco truck. I just can't eat the equivalent of a TV dinner.
