Half of my pizza crust was thinner than the other side and half an hour wait time for one pizza and bread sticks and heard the phone go off and the guy that was on the register not even pick up the phone

Half cooked again! It's not Pappa Murphys! I don't like having to Finnish cooking a pizza from a place that has a slogan hot and ready! Hot and ready for 5 more mins in your own oven should be there saying

I had ordered two simple pizzas, half cheese half pepporoni and half sausage half cheese. Instead, i recieved one sausage pizza and one peppironi pizza. It was a simple mistake, but very angering because of their lack of attention to detail. Still looks like good pizza though.

Our pizza crust was almost white it was so undercooked, and it looked like whoever assembled it just piled the green peppers and onions in one spot.

Really disappointing. I walked in at 1:20 with my wife and we didn't walk out until 1:55. On top of all that our food was raw and wrong. Crazy bread was still uncooked dough and my supposed plain cheese pizza was pepperoni instead. An associate walked through and started helping in the back without washing his hands and the people in general seemed bored amidst a growing lobby. I love the food when it's done right but recently everytime I've gone here it just hasn't been it. I don't love leaving bad reviews but I'm out money I could have spent elsewhere. I hope this store can clean up and get back to being better.

Walked in to order a pizza to go and the person helping me seemed very rude and didn’t want to help me. As I was sitting down to wait for my order the same person starting yelling and there were a few curse words that were said. I even overheard that he dropped someone’s order, and had to remake it. He was also on his phone in front of customers. His attitude was just sour. I was sitting down waiting for my order for a bit, and I saw that all the workers were messing around with raw dough, and laughing. Very unprofessional. I don’t mind coming here, but the attitude of everyone that I encountered, made it seem like they just don’t care.

Little Caesars should update/increase cook time and/or temperature when cooking pizzas with more than 1 topping. I got a cheesy crust 4 topping and it's barely cooked. I had to cook more in my oven, so I tried to slide from the box directly onto the oven rack...bad idea because it was too soft so I lost toppings that fell through the rack. Plenty of toppings, so not a huge loss...except not many jalapeños to begin with.

So I put it on a pizza pan to cook, as the picture shows. Hopefully this works. The guy who took my order was pleasant, 3 stars for service is due to the uncooked pizza.

Sometimes the pizzas taste amazing and sometimes they are not so good. It really depends on the people making them. Seems like they rarely have a pepperoni pizza ready to go when you walk in now days, they used to always have em ready. Thats been a bummer.

Showed up at 7:35. 25 minutes before close. And i was turned away cause “they close soon” pathetic. Ive got 12 years of food service industry experience as a cook and never have i turned away a paying customer.
