The previous owner, a wonderful woman went back to China, and since then, her nephew (I believe); has taken over and damn near run the place into the ground. The food quality has dropped dramatically. The selections/options are not great for buffet whether you dine in or take out. You're better off ordering from the menu. Oh, and don't think about Doordash or anything. They're not on there.
Food was luke warm. Dishes seemed more salty and a lot of them looked dying and needed to be pulled and refreshed. Smaller batches of the items (when it is slow) could really help. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Easy parking in their lot.
I actually had not been to Panda Buffet since I was a kid. All I'll say it's Panda Buffet. It's not the best but the price is good.
Parking: Right at the front of the building... You don't have to walk far.
