i had ordered extra marinara for my cheese sticks and i ordered alfredo, they didn’t give me a fork, didn’t give us napkins, and only gave 1 marinara (the one that comes with the cheese sticks.) we had went back in and they were confused on how we didn’t get marinara…. EDIT- the picture added is a hard piece of lettuce or something it was in my alfredo. all i can say is zero stars.

My breadsticks tasted like dirt and I did not get no sauce with my breadsticks and I’m not from Minnesota and I’m only here one night and they can’t reimburse me and bring me my money. They want me to go and pick it up and I can’t. I’m here for work with a work vehicle and we can’t drive it after so many hours And they’re only crediting me for 90 days and I don’t know when I’m gonna be back in Minnesota, the guy was rude.

The Building Should Be Painted Red Since You Guys Have The New Signs Up. Can You Find Some Painters To Come And Fix That For You? Please, Red Is Your Primary Color. And Your Building Has Been Gray For So Many Years. Please Repaint It Red, Please? Thank You!😁😁😁

I worked here and I know the issue. Not everyone completely knows how to work as a team. Instead, people have problems with their egos and it leads to disaster.
We stopped today on our way home. We were smacked on the face by the heat inside the restaurant. When we asked if the AC was broken, she said "Nope it's on, but the oven vent is broken". IT WAS 10⁰ COOLER OUTSIDE!!! We ordered our pizza (which was tasty) and were treated to the entertainment of the cook and waitress complaining about no tips, while the kitchen staff gets tips for doing their job (that pays out higher hourly than waitress'). We sweltered in the heat, ate a couple slices and left sweating! Waitstaff never checked on us to see if everything was OK. We had to ask for to go boxes and a bill. Disappointing service and atmosphere.

Breadsticks were fresh and delicious. The pizza was great! The pan was crispy and browned wonderfully. Toppings and sauce were evenly distributed with no center loading. We really liked it. Only nit picking on rest room and dining area cleanliness for atmosphere to lose a star. Otherwise, this was a great experience, and it was wonderful.

I called pizza hut in Cloquet and was transferred to a call center in the Phillipines. My phone call was 15 minutes long!! My large pizza and 12 piece wings are over priced! I SUGGEST DOMINOS PIZZA In cloquet for cheaper, faster, and better service. The delivery driver was professional.

I use to really like this pizza hut. When new owner took over it changed the pizza was dry not enough sause. The day we were there they ran out of sausage and root beer and they only had two different salad dressings. Our server was friendly and we didn't have to wait too long.
