Horrible service and the most shocking was no one cared. I asked what meat was included on my sandwich for the cold cut combo for Monday meal deal and the worker stated “I don’t know”, slid my sandwich down to next person and started helping next customer. I look again at my sandwich cause the cheese looked thicker than what ever kind of meat was on it, then asked the next person what meat it was and she didn’t know either. I then asked for it to be removed and be replaced with ham and turkey instead. No one knew what meat it was!! When I got home I actually had to fix up my sandwich for it to even taste like anything! My bread was old and crumbled as I ate it. I will not be back to this store! Horrible service and horrible food!

Don't know what the deal is with your night crew but either you need more people for it or just need better quality/ faster people cuz I went in and it was absolutely ridiculous. The person working the counter who clearly didn't know what they were doing and then had one person making sandwiches who imo molasses could make a sandwich faster. It wasn't even busy which was the worst part. We waited for 15 mins before finally being asked for our order. After it was obvious they hadn't been checking items for prep since they didn't know how to check temperature of items and I was afraid of getting food poisoning we left without placing an order

I walked in the door and someone said, "We will be right with you" Nope. For over 5 minutes I watched 4 employees do things like wrap cookies and put them on dispay. Finally, someone helped me and made a terrible sandwich. My toasted sandwich was barely warm by the time it was made and had 3 layers of green peppers. Why? I will not go back.

Purchased 2 footlong subs had them both toasted they took both the subs out of the oven and they both sat on the counter for 5 mins while the woman walked away and proceeded to talk to her co worker about meatballs that they had to heat up when I asked if she could finish making my subs she walked away.. she finally came back started making them I asked for extra mayo she said they were running out.... not sure how u run out of mayo at a sub shop... as I was paying the woman told me that I shouldn't tap on the glass cause if it gets finger prints on it they have to clean it ... shouldn't u clean the glass anyways? She was so rude she wouldn't even put my subs in a bag wow I will never eat there again..

Subway is my go to for a quick meal for my family today when I went in there, I was told that the “manager” was on a 2hr lunch break and not helping the other sandwich artists also returning from her break the manager she’s did NOT wash her hands just went right to put gloves on And also to mention that one of this workers was handling cash “DIRTY MONEY” and proceeding to just continue to make sandwiches and NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS or changing their gloves and I was being looked at like I was crazy because I asked for the sandwich artist to wash their hands and put on clean gloves while handling my food
I don’t think subway will be my go to quick meal of choice anymore I know all the major guidelines of handling food and cleanliness while being in the kitchen and subway workers are NOT doing it!!
And also to mention getting home and starting to eat our sandwiches one of my sandwiches had a HAIR IN IT!!

Ask for a BLT, got no lettuce or tomato. Bacon undercooked. They said you have to ask for the lettuce and tomato. What? Called the manager and she was very rude. Never again will I go there. I used to be a General Manager for Subway in the cities, and we listened to our customers wants.
