I got a normal deli 12-in sub the lettuce was brown and filmy I didn't get the meal just the sandwich over $15 what a complete joke for a nasty salmonella filled sandwich take pride in your job and make sure customers have fresh vegetables at least disgusting

Payton was amazing! They werenât crazy busy but had a few online orders and a few people in line. The boys working there werenât sure what they were suppose to do while Payton took charge and instructed one boy who had been in the back to come do the online orders. She basically did it on her own. I think I waited about 10 minutes before starting my order, she continuously apologized even though she was working her hardest to get caught up. One boy stepped away and even took out the dinning room trashes⊠no one was in the dining room and they werenât overflowing.. so why? Just to make sure Iâm clear PAYTON WAS AMAZING!

Refused to accept coupons. Even though they get mailed to every house in the town⊠so now they are just unusable. In this economy? Not paying $35 for two sandwiches when I have a coupon for them to be 13.99.

Just stood in line for 20 min with one person in line whose order was already done I left cuz I didn't have time for that winter erberts and gerberts and they had the same sandwich done in 1 minute

Horrible service and the most shocking was no one cared. I asked what meat was included on my sandwich for the cold cut combo for Monday meal deal and the worker stated âI donât knowâ, slid my sandwich down to next person and started helping next customer. I look again at my sandwich cause the cheese looked thicker than what ever kind of meat was on it, then asked the next person what meat it was and she didnât know either. I then asked for it to be removed and be replaced with ham and turkey instead. No one knew what meat it was!! When I got home I actually had to fix up my sandwich for it to even taste like anything! My bread was old and crumbled as I ate it. I will not be back to this store! Horrible service and horrible food!
