Wife and I went through drive thru at 10:40 p.m Wednesday the 28th May 25. Order came to just under $30. We drive 20 miles home , open the bag and the only items correct are the nacho fries. Gave us what the cook felt like throwing together instead of what we ordered. Ended up throwing everything out except the fries. Special thanks to the dill hole in the red vehicle that put our supper together. That store is the worst
App order food to wrong taco bell they couldn't help with that or else it would be 5 stars
Seems like they must only prioritize drive thru orders. Everyone inside was waiting 20+ minutes for their food and nothing was coming out. When people started asking for refunds the guy said they were 4 pages behind on orders and the manager needed to process refunds. Manager then claims they can get everyone's food out in 30 seconds and aren't backed up and is rude to people trying to move on with their days. Wasn't even busy or during a peak time but he complained to customers about how busy they are. Could have gone to a sit down restaurant and got in and out faster.
Tire rubbed the curb in drivethrough in superior wisc and “ manager” called me in saying i hit the building. Ended up in court and had to pay the city of superior a 200 dollar fine for destruction of property…
TRIED TO RUSH ME WHICH I GET AS I USED TO WORK AT TACO HELL IN HINCKLEY AND LAS VEGAS. GOT MY FOOD WITHOUT A BOX OF COURSE SINCE NO MANAGER KNOWS HOW TO ORDER THESE CORRECTLY! THEY FORGOT MY CHICKEN BURRITO! HAD TO GO BACK INSIDE AND WAIT FOR THAT! SAW NO ADULTS ONLY KIDS?! THEN I GET HOME AND THEY FORGOT MY CINNAMON TWISTS! THIS ALL COULD'VE BEEN AVOIDED IF THEY HAD A BOX! ONLY WENT BECAUSE MY SON WANTED NACHO FRIES! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN FOR MYSELF! SAD SINCE ITS A NEWER ONE!
Service is always slow at this location even when there is only a couple customers there.
Ordered my food around closing time. I got less than warm nacho fries both of which were just thrown into the bag. I tried ordering 3 12 packs of cinnamon balls and the one who took my order asked if I said 2 packs. When I said no they informed me the fryer was down. Implying it was more of a broken issue than just a turned-off issue. He told me they could only do a 12 pack so I agreed because my boyfriend wanted them. After I paid and got to the Walmart parking lot to share our craved foods, THE CINNOMAN BALLS WERE BALD!! They couldn't put the seasoning On these however old balls but at least they could count. The balls were warmer than the fries but it's not completely bad they still taste pretty good without it. Weirdly enough I might prefer it just on balls that haven't spent their lives sitting under a lamp in their own sweat.
Unbelievably frustrating whenever me and my partner go in if it's anyone other than night shift. Night shift does phenomenal work. Almost always gets our food correct and is fairly nice. Morning and Mid Shifts are the worst. They have never once gotten our order done correctly. Potatoes overcooked, cheesy roll-ups have lettuce or onions in them, beefy 5 layer skimped to absolute nothing. Terrible! I got a customized stacker (swapped beef for steak, took out the cheeses, added cheddar and potatoes) and found bits of lettuce and onions in it despite the Classic Stacker having neither of those ingredients in it. Also the day staff are reliably FAR more rude than night staff. I regularly hear their conversations and comments. Yes. We hear you talking crap about us. I cannot believe management allows this garbage to occur so often.
Love their APP only meal deals, the crunch wrap supreme is the king of meal deals.
Never actually get what you ordered. Food is normally cold.
Today I ordered two beefy 5 layer burritos and instead got two bean and cheese burritos that were barely warm.

7:15am.. went to the drive through and didn’t know what my partner wanted and I ordered my food and kids food then waited to order my partners food and staff asked me if I wanted something else and I said yes hold on and I heard the staff through the headset said “oh my god” in a rude tone. If the employees can’t work in the mornings and are going to be rude to the customers they could at least turn their headsets off. Ruined my whole mood at 7am…
Ordered for 3 people some months ago. The food was cold, grease or water or something was running out of our burritos, the soda was flat, and it took them 15 minutes to make our orders (it wasn't busy; we were the only ones there). Wrote a complaint to Taco Bell corporate. Someone reached out to me and was going to send me some coupons or something to make it right. They asked for my address, but I've never received anything from them.
The staff here were awesome. Even made a custom owner.
It was ok. Store was a bit messy.
