I highly recommend not eating here. My husband and I went there 2 times in a week and both times are order was messed up. They are so rude. Last night we ate there they were all wearing pjs. They were talking about my husband and I to the point I could hear them. I am so uncomfortable to even go in the place now. Pretty sad

Got the wrong order. We asked for the right food and new olays since ours now sat for 30 mins. They said we had to pay for new olays? What. Then the cook had gloves and on grabbed our receipt. This is the same thing as touching money. He then continued making food.

Steak Escape: October 31, 2023; 9:30pm - Ordered 'Grand Escape' - 12' White Roll with steak, green peppars, onions, mushrooms and provolone cheese. Bread was soft, ingredients lacking in amount served (had to search for veggies) over all good taste, value was below average, $12.99; Small fries were old and not hot, decent flavor, $3.99Taco Johns: Always on par.
I don't normally write bad reviews or complain on social media, but...Ordered a Beef Burrito tonight. Got a soft shell with maybe 2 teaspoons of meat smeared on it.This isn't the first time so I called to complain. No offer to compensate/make it right...just a "Sorry."Pathetic.They've lost our buisness.

We ordered, base level of customer service. Had a miscommunication on what we wanted and fine that's passable. The bigger issue came when the food came. The other party that was with us got potato oles and they were filled like they are supposed to be. When we got ours it wasn't filled to the top and they were slightly undercooked. We also ordered a churo and it was hard and tasted like it was cooked twice and soaked in oil. Then super dipped in cinnamon sugar to make up for it. Not appetizing at all. Also our Philly cheese sandwich was flavorless. Even the vegis which were well cooked had no flavor. The chicken tacos were ok but the wad of sauce in one spot wasn't appealing or appetizing. The total was over 40$ and none of it was worth what we paid. The last time I ate at a Taco John's in cloquet was over 20 years ago...I know why I passed it up for all this time. Do not recommend.
