When i opened my chicken strip basket i opened the ranch it was chunky and old. Also got food poisoning.

The burger I ordered was ok, there was way to much sauce on the burger making it very messy to eat. Mgt needs to address this issue before someone wearing expensive clothes gets the sauce on them and can't get it out. See where this is leading.

They messed up on their end on both my orders. Tried to just give me the order incorrectly made without saying anything. I checked my order before leaving and they were unprofessional about it when I brought the meal and receipt back to them. They looked at my order and looked at both burgers in my bag and saw they were incorrectly made. They then said they had no more burgers left to remake the order.
Ordered the biscuits and sausage gravy. It was the most disgusting stuff I have ever seen. No effort put into it. Just biscuits with that disgusting white gray dumped on top. Then sausage Pattie’s quartered at best thrown on top. Not good at all. If I wanted a sausage biscuit sandwich with a side of gravy perhaps that would have been a bit closer to what I got but there was too much of the canned gravy. Not making that mistake again.

We are regular customers and tonight we are in the drive through line for 15 minutes and when we were finally able to order they Said "oh we are closed now" it had just turned 10pm didn't matter that we were waiting. Very disappointed and we will now drive the extra distance to go to Litchfield.
