Alrighty, well normally I don't write bad reviews for family owned or smaller locations. Typically my experience here is great, in and out pretty fast. However, this last experience I had really tickled me in the wrong ways. Let me explain.
I simply wanted to go through the drive through, and order one thing: A Number 45 - Chicken Honey Mustard Wrap. Its a simple order, and only remove the tomato's as I hate tomato's. All of a sudden, the window person starts asking me, footlong or 6'? Well firstly its a wrap, it only comes in one size. Then they proceed to ask me, what kind of sauce do you want on it? Well, then I got snippy and said its in the name "HONEY MUSTARD WRAP". Then they asked me if I wanted any veggies?
First off, it states right on the screen, that the wrap comes with lettuce tomato's and other things. The only veggie that I wanted removed, was tomato's as I hate them. I don't know what the heck is going on with this location recently, but they need to retrain their entire staff team, and hire a better manager. NEVER in my life have I had this bad of an experience. I didn't even end up eating here, because I was to the point of, how hard is it to make a simple order. Number 45, no tomato's. Oh well, I ended up settling with DQ down the road from them, at-least a little more competence when it comes to placing an order.

Frequent this subway using the app. Food is always solid and the salads are mixed/chopped! Not all subways do that anymore. Thanks for having an awesome team Cokato Subway!

Second week I’ve tried to get something quick on my limited time for lunch. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive through both times I had to drive away without even getting my order in. Not sure what’s going on lately with Subway but this is disappointing.. won’t be going back until they can figure this out.

Wait WAS long. However this is NOT the staffs fault. They are required to do every order from online when they get it, regardless of who is in the drive through or standing in line. Staff was so kind to my nephew, who had never been to a subway before. The building was clean and food was fresh.
Kid-friendliness: So kind to my nephew, interacting with him and sharing what they were doing.

my mom just went there to get us some food, firstly I got a Italian bmt instead of a spicy Italian, secondly I heard that they burnt one of the sandwiches, and thirdly, the sandwiches taste so plain, barely any sauce when I had 2 diffrent sauces on mine, the meatballs for my brothers sandwich is dried

Went in as a last minute option to feed my kids dinnerDuring the dinner hourI was told they didn't have any bread for subs.Not sure wth is going on at this subway but it sure beats my experience going to an Arby's and was told they didn't have any meat. Which is their catch sloganI definitely will not be going to cokato mn subway again.

Spent 15 minutes sitting at the drivethru window waiting for a simple 6” meatball sub. Watched the staff make 10 subs for customers inside who clearly arrived after I had ordered. It appears that the staff forgot I was at the window and scrambled to make my order after serving every customer inside.

Ignored Drive thru customers while playing with dog. spent about 3 times longer than should have to make a simple meatball sub then forgot who it went
