They did give me a door in advance, but the loading took a very long time. It took them about 7 hours to load. The lady in the office was very pleasant. There is overnight parking near Building A.

Place is sorry at loading!! Sat on door 21 for 5 hrs to get loaded. Called in to see what the hold up was and was told they were working on . They had me sitting on the door for another hour just waiting for paperwork

3 stars, why? They are big on the appointment time, if your to early you must wait, the earliest they would take in is 6 hours prior to your original time so don’t even bother, no restrooms to wash up or anything be prepared to have your meal in the truck and everything in your truck, but it was easy getting in and out of the place and it has nice people to deal with

If there is zero rate star 🌟 I gave to them, for a delivery load its not worth it to come to this place. It's really horrible, don't come early to your appointment time.

I arrive at 11am quickly gave me door. With apt time at 1pm. Started loading me at 2pm because they send another driver to the same door as me and I imagine they remember I'm still here. Started loading me and the other driver is still waiting for me to get loaded so he can park. Don't come before apt time and make sure you got plenty of fuel and food. Cause these fools don't care.

These idiots couldn’t find their way out of a soaking wet paper sack!! Young guy in receiving office couldn’t find my appointment in the schedule on his computer. So therefore I obviously don’t have one, according to him. I call the broker and they have no idea what is going on. I go back inside an hour later to talk to someone different and discover my appointment is clearly on the schedule all along. Now, the warehouse that is supposed to unload me wants to argue and say I’m late. I checked in at the main office originally an hour before my appointment. Still sitting here 3.5 hrs later not unloaded.
I arrived 50 minutes after the appointment. They gave me the door, referrer setup 55°F. I waited almost 9 hours. Silence. They said that because of the delay I need to wait a little! Very nice guys!
