There are special places to pick up cargo or leave this is one of those, my appointment was at 3 pm, I arrived at 2 and 30 pm and they finished charging me at 9 pm, the bathroom is plastic, it is outside and the temperature was 12 degrees Fahrenheit if you want to have a difficult day, come here, they are terribles .

Signs clearly shows All Trucks check in building B. So I did. Then the condescending lady at the counter asked me what address they gave. When I told her 1601. She said. “Then you need to go there.” I was like wow. Rude. I followed the company signs. Did as they required and still got treated like trash. So yeah. 1 Star lady. 1 star. Do better.

This distribution warehouse it is allows 3hrs before and 3hrs after appointment . Nb you will not loaded if you come 1 minutes after 3hrs the computer will not allow to check in There is overnight parking southside of boulding C

Delivery here Appt time 10a checked in at 5:30a Quick check in, given door immediately. Once backed in within 10 min started unloading me. Under 2 hr process with great service and communication. The only issue is that apparently other drivers are too lazy to park and walk instead they park on the street in no parking zones causing delay and blocking entrances to docks. No overnight parking but plenty of space to park and stage. Process is simple. Put paperwork in plastic sheet given, back to door, break seal in front of your door, open doors place seal in plastic sleeve with paperwork, set sleeve in back of trailer, back into door. Once light goes back to green pull forward, take paperwork from back of trailer, close doors, readjust tandems and leave. No need to go back to office Will definitely take another load here again

Worset dalivery experience 10:00 pm dalivery check in 8:00 am she say come back at 4:00 pm you can check in only 6 hour before app check in at 4:00 pm again got call at 7:00 pm for door its 2:00 am still on door even its just empty can so b prepare to wait have good day

First time here and it was a disaster arrived an hour early and they stuck me right in a door then made me sit for two and thirty mins before they started unloading me now keep in mind they do not want you parking here overnight at all even if your picking up a load from them the next morning so now I have to pray to find a parking spot at the loves thats about 20 mins away keep in mind its now 9pm that I am leaving i arrived at 5pm and they say you can be three hours early for pick up and deliver its no point!!! Im definitely going to try and avoid this place from here on out very inconsiderate

Im only Making a review about PARKING. Everyone only mentions about parking on site and that's there's no truck parking. But this facility is surrounded by public street parking with no signage stating no parking. Just park on the street and dont block any driveways and you're fine.
