The food was fine but I am SHOCKED at how horribly the owner was treating her employees! They were working really hard and she made me feel uncomfortable with how she was talking to them. I could see nothing that warranted such treatment. You can tell their work environment is very stressful for them.

Went to the Dairy Queen in cold spring and had a free cone or up graded to a blizzard for 1.00. The lady working was very rude and told me that was a very old coupon and is no longer a 1.00 which is what it said. Did not explained but gave an additive. No happy with the service!!!! I would go to a different place

Blizards are good as always. Just wish their burgers had a little more flavor. Service is good, and the atmosphere is what you would expect from any fast food chain. Portion sizes are underwelming (blizzard sizes), i would consider their medium a small.

Went through the drive through not gunna blame you guys for the broken speaker I ordered no issues got a 4 price and 2 pup cups for my dogs the pup cups were small and a bit disappointing the chicken was more breading then it was chicken disappointing the fries were under salted and you guys barley give enough gravy and expect us to pay close to a dollar for more sauce dairy queen was my favorite place now it sucks

Hours said they were open until 9pm. My family and I arrived a little before 8pm and they locked the doors and shut down the drive-thru lane as there was a large line. Us and a few others in front of us had to leave because they refused to serve. Hours should be updated if you arenât open until 9pm.
The workers stare at you until you say what you want. No hi, no smile, no thank you, nothing. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got two COLD âcrispy tendersâon my sandwich. Threw it away and went to A&W.

I didnât see what I wanted on the menu so I asked the lady in the drive through if they had this item. She told me yes so I ordered it. When I got out of town turns out they did not have what I asked for a just blended a bunch of sprinkles into the ice cream. And WAY to many. No one wants a mouth full of sprinkles. Didnât even get to eat it, had to throw away because Iâm sorry but sprinkles taste absolutely disgusting with how many they put in there. It wouldâve been nice if they would have just said no instead of lying and just throwing something together. What a waste of money

The lady misheard my order (no biggie), but when I asked for the correct order she gave me the wrong one again. When I asked for my correct order for the third time, she rolled her eyes at me and had me waiting at the drive through window for much longer. The food was very dry. Go to a different DQ and maybe youâll have a better experience.
