I always get the best service here, better than any other subway I have been to in a long time! The sandwiches are always exactly how I want them and always fresh and yummy bread! Go out of your way to find this little gem in the heart of Cold Spring!

This is the worst ran subway I’ve ever been to every time I go here they’re out of something and they only ever have one employee working I don’t usually do reviews but it’s every single time I’m here
This location is terrible. Slow. Rude. Never going to choose this location again.
Customer service was poor. While I waited, one of the workers Jumokk working behind the counter stood there on his phone watching basketball. Then without washing his hands he just put on plastic gloves and began to cut the meat.

The service and quality has really declined, I order online quite a bit and it’s always wrong, this last time it took the guy at the counter 20 minutes to make our two subs and then this falls out of my sandwich.
Drove out of our way to go to subway because it was all that was open. Door says close at 9:30, workers are in there and open sign is on, but all doors locked. It was 9:00pm. Love the cleanliness of this location, but bummed.
Got a toasted sub. Was left in there and came out hard as a rock. They made the sandwich where when you picked it up it all fell out. 10/10 would not eat again. Horrible
Store was decently clean I'll give them that but everything else? No they were out of Baja chipotle not blaming the workers that is a fault with the manager I ordered a #16 with pepper jack I got provolone I also got a chicken and cheese dipper that wasn't cut in half and I got both toasted I drove home and it's less then 2 minutes and it was cold the portions sucked and the chicken didn't taste anything like the sweet onion terriaki sauce also stop scheduling one person it gets really annoying to have to wait worst subway I've been to
Not sure what is happening to this location, but this is the second time I have placed an order on the app and my order was not ready by the time it said it would be. I usually give the staff some grace, especially if there’s a lunch or dinner rush inside the store. Today (2/23/25), however, was a particularly awful experience. Placed the order at 11:40am, app said ready at 12:00 (noon) and my sandwiches weren’t finished until 12:35! There was no one in the store! My son and I sat there waiting for 35 minutes. 3 of our six sandwiches were as basic as could be, 3 were a little more complicated with more toppings, but still. Come on Subway Cold Spring! Get your act together! Absolutely unacceptable in my book, people order on the app for a reason, usually to save time. Not the case here. Beware!

Was eating my sub and was wondering why there was hardly any meat! This is ridiculous! When you pay for extra meet and cheese! Wife sandwich was ice cold pickup time was 12:15 I was there at 12:13! Been to this place a few times and I don’t think I have EVER had a good experience! WILL NEVER BE BACK AVOID THIS SUBWAY!!!!!

Went to use a buy one get one coupon and was told that a protein bowl(just a foot long without bread) doesn't count. It DOES cost 2 dollars more for less product.
I will never spend another cent here. I will also be excluding them from our upcoming catering needs. What an absolute joke of a business.

Putting aside the fact that Subway prices have increased like crazy, even in comparison to other like companies, another poor experience. Employees are rushing all over the place obviously over worked or understaffed. Sat waiting to add additional vegetables to my wrap looked up and it was already wrapped and done without as much as a question until after I paid and said something. Didn't feel necessary to have them go back and add but come on.
