Domino's Pizza

One time I ordered from this location and after 1:45 the food finally got delivered and it was so incredibly undercooked it practically melted in my hands. I understood and did what any reasonable human would and expressed my concerns, to which they offered store credit. Cool! I’d love to give you another chance!

I am now in some sort of Christopher Nolan-esque time loop and three times I have tried to redeem my credit but the food has showed up either, extremely cold, completely incorrect, or again, undercooked, and needed to yet again get my credit back.

I would love to break myself from this cycle by either receiving my original money back or being at least 75% pleased with my order but I feel stuck.

I come to this location a lot. Thursday night I submitted my order and a Blonde woman yelled “we’re closed” when I came to pick up my box. The sign on the door was open when I came in, the doors were not locked, and the lights were on. Listen, I’m not one to write bad reviews because I also work in the service industry and I get it. But this store said midnight and I’d suggest to the owner to start closing at 11:00pm if truly close at midnight then keep your doors open for every guest. The other employees that work here are usually pretty cool. Just do better.

Whoever was in the store at night on 3-25-25 is extremely rude. Placed an order at 10:47pm with an expected delivery time of 31 to 47 minutes. Fair delivery time to be expect considering it's late. However after an hour of waiting and still the order was sitting at the store still we called to find out what was going on. Well was told that there was other orders and 1 driver. OK cool we can be patient with that understanding. However another 15 minutes go by and we call back to ask if we can pick up the order only to be met with a very disgruntled man child. The man child proceeded to put words into my husband's mouth about the original conversation that was had and proceeded to say "I don't want to deal with this I'm voiding your order." And hung up, very disappointing and really terrible customer service.

I called the store to get a status update on our order that has been sitting there for over an hour and they said it was leaving the moment I called however about 30 minutes later I called again and the rude employee I was talking to advised me when I asked if I could pick it up started being condescending claiming he already answered that question which I didn't ask before and that the order was with the driver already I asked him to jot be so rude so he said he would cancel the order which he did. My family is now going hungry at 12 midnight because your employee rather be Lord over us like they are the king of the pizza business... I need this adressed... this places customer service is non existing and very concerning. Get your act together.

This location consistently has longer delivery times than promised. My last 3 orders have been late by 15 minutes or more. Additionally, the food has been lukewarm and obviously been sitting for a while before being delivered. Furthermore, the cinnamon twists have had barely any cinnamon sugar to the point of basically just being plain bread twists with a side of icing. I used to really enjoy dominos but this location is consistently inadequate and disappointing.

Slow service

Got my pizza wrong, when I called to tell them about it, they left me on the call or hung up. Also the fat ass delivery driver almost delivered my food to another even tho I put the right address.

I don't even want to give this place any stars but forced to give one to make the comments. After waiting over an hour with the tracker still showing in prep and being on hold for over 10 mins on top of that, my husband went to the store to get the pizzas 90 mins after we ordered online for delivery. He stood at the counter for another 5 minutes before he finally asked if anyone was going to help him. They refused to refund my tip and delivery fee because my husband didnt have my card with him. Then told him rudely after he said he was there to pick up the pizzas "What else would you expect, it's Saturday" The staff member continued to make rude comments to my husband before he was handed the pizzas. But they also didnt give him my salad, so he went back up there for the person to continue to be rude, refused to look our order up to see what salad I had (husband had to call me to ask because of this refusal). I have never had such rude and slow service in my life. I will never again go to this Domino's again. There are plenty of other pizza places in the area that serve better pizza, better service and in a much shorter time.

The Customer Service was horrible. I called the store at 10am to ask to expedite my order because I put it in for 11am but needed it earlier for a event I was hosting. I spoke to a man and as I was explaining what I needed he says “ok” and hangs up in my face without asking for my name or what I ordered. I called the store back asking if he even understood my request and if he even agreed to it or not. He then said “can I make your order maam.” in the most rudest tone. I never had the chance to catch his name but I have never been so disrespected in my life when all I did was ask a question.

Staff was outside smoking when I got there. I had to wait until they were done to order. I tried to call ahead to order, but no one answered. The pizza was overcooked, not burned, but dry.

If ZERO stars was an option that would be my option. This location is absolutely crap. If you want the wrong order 2 hours late-this is the place for you
