The food is cold and cost way to much and when you order online they don't wanna give you the food when you pick it up...if you want some really good chicken GO TO WING JOINT IN BLANE YOU'LL THANK ME LATER I PROMISE!!!
All the Hook locations are different. This one was not one that I will return to, for multiple reasons>VERY LONG WAIT 4 FOOD, stingy with sauces/no cocktail sauce, ICE MACHINE IS ALWAYS BROKEN/WHY?, the bathroom is a horror movie irl/unclean and scary, the parking lot is tiny and difficult 2 use...and most importantly, the food is extra-greasy/not delicious, not hot enough. The one on University in St. Paul and the one in Uptown are superior on all issues listed.
