Only person in line, waited 10 min at window for a turkey sandwich. Bread was burnt on bottom to the point of my coworker joking it sounded like I’m eating chips. Veggies all placed on outer edge of sandwich so they’re falling out and getting mayo all over my hands till I pushed them in. Really not that hard people.

How do you mess up sandwiches? Thats like having trouble making a bowl of cereal

Anytime we go it takes forever for the sandwiches to be made. Last time the sandwhiches were missing have the ingredients

EXTREMELY SLOW! Are they out of cheese or just don't like giving it out? 3x I ordered there, asked for cheese and every time NO CHEESE! Come on if im being charged for it put it in the damn sandwich 🤯

This is by far the best, cleanest, most professional, friendliest JJ's I've ever been to. The staff and especially the manager take pride in what they're doing/serving and it shows. This is how it's supposed to be done! Well done guys, customer for LIFE!! 💯💯💯

This Jimmy John's service is dumb as hell. They can't even get the right change back since they can only take cash, and I ordered 1 regular sub but they heard me saying giant .. how do you hear me say giant when I just want a regular size. Haha 😄 🤣

Strange interaction at this location. I called ahead and asked if they could but grilled chicken in a cup and warm it up and charge it as an add on so I could give it to my 1 y/o niece and they said they could, but when I showed up the manager wouldn’t allow it because it wasn’t on the menu. He was perfectly courteous about it and gave the chicken to me on a sandwich for no up charge so I could pick it off the sandwich and give it to my niece but this feels like an easy ask that should require special permission or anything like that… obviously not a big huge deal but definitely inconvenient and a weird take on customer service

Can't go wrong with Jimmy John's I always get the Italian midnight club add the hot peppers for that extra little kick. I love how consistent they are overall one of my favorite sandwich shops.

I was ordering through there drive throw. It took about 2 minutes for them to greet me after I had said hello. Then they told me to wait a second. When there employee came back on the intercom I had asked if they still have the slim option. He said he could not hear me through there muffled intercom and that I needed to speak up. So I did and the employee told me to come in so that he was not going to have me yell at him. In a very rude way. As I drove through the drive through I did notice one of there costumer had a mask on. Me being currently sick myself decide not to go in prior to this encounter with jimmy johns employee. I will not be going back either. Get your equipment fixed or better costumer service atleast.

I ordered at 920 for delivery they said they delivered it! Never did! And took my mone and closed on me. I’m highly upset and disappointed. I was looking forward to jimmy John’s they played me.

Twice I've ordered delivery online. Sandwich, Chips, and soda. The first order never showed up, but was paid for. Second oder, the same, got the chips and sandwich, but no soda. Spoke to an employee. Got a run around and jump through these hoops to get your credit. Then some BS response about being understaffed.
Don't order from here.
Wish there were a zero star rating.

Hey I felt bad about my review I gave you guys, it's hard to run a business like that if something happens and no one knew what was going on, a long story short..... My biggest complaint is I feel like it was the tomatoes and I wanted to give you guys a better review because it's hard to have decent spots to eat at so I actually had change of heart in things, even tho that doesn't make much since take care, so take care and hope I can visit again ??✨✨

This is probably the slowest jimmy John’s ever! I waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru for one sandwich, inside lobby had only one customer and I don’t know why but everybody stopped what they were doing just to help up front, it took me to honk and waving my hand b4 someone decided to come help me. I will never go back to this jimmy johns ever again.
