I think I’m going to start going to a different KFC. Sometimes the food here is hot and fresh and incredible. Other times it tastes and feels like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for 30 minutes. It’s just too inconsistent for me, especially because I drive like 20 minutes for KFC.

I paid for an order and they never gave me my food. They swiped my card and didn’t refund my money either. Fraudulent store. Filing a police report. Don’t shop there. They are criminals and should be avoided at all cost.

Went through drive thru during my work lunch break. African American guy in the drivethru, is attitude was quiet rude. Even through the speaker. Gave him cash and I was only supposed to get a couple cents back but didn’t even give it back and just handed me my food. He shut the door right away when I tried asking a question. Wasn’t worth trying to ask anymore but very bad work attitude and was inviting.. I love KFC, but boy did this place ruin it for me. Will not go to this location again..

The beautiful workers there are amazingly kind and caring! They are so hospitable they are always working and cleaning and cooking and holding a conversation with you ! They truly try to help you pick the right deals for your budget! They are such amazing people and workers! Thank yall for your love and kindness and smiles!!

Extremely disappointed with the tenders!! Usually they give reasonable sized tenders but these were 1/3 size of what they normally serve. Unfortunately didn’t open and check until it was too late. Be aware when ordering at night!!

The chicken was real chicken someone said they changed their name from Kentucky Fry Chicken to KFC because the chicken wasn't real anymore but its actually REAL chicken and it was good

Made it home with A big tub of mash potatoes and no gravy. Biscuits and no honey.
I used the drive through. Idk how many times I had to clarify my order with the woman. I checked my food as we pulled off and realized, my food was wrong. I had to go back through the drive through to get the proper food. As we pulled off again, I noticed the other meal was also wrong. I decided to go inside and talk to someone. The staff completely dismissed me. I told them I asked for fries and not mashed potatoes. He told me mashed potatoes didn't show on the order slip. I told him that is because I ordered fries, not potatoes... it seems so trivial but it is the concept. He gave me my fries and then told me to bring a receipt next time... really? I just went through your FKN drive thru 3 times and never did your staff give me a receipt. I see why KFC is closing all around. I used to love you but your food and your service is isht. That's the truth. Do better, KFC

I came during business hours but the lobby was locked. I could see employees standing around talking. I knocked on the door several times and no one even looked in my direction. The only signs that were posted, simply gave the restaurant hours, nothing indicating separate lobby hours.
I went through the drive-through and it took 23 minutes to get my order since I was 5th in line. The only person I communicated with had a terrible attitude but I can see why if she’s the only employee actually working.
I won’t be back here again and I highly recommend anyone reading this that you find a different place to get your food!
