I’m not my usual HAPPY self this visit to KFC because I ordered a Tuesday 8 piece chicken special and when we got home and were fixing plates, we only had 7 pieces of chicken! Hence, not my 5 star choice on Overall satisfaction.

I was unhappy with the service and food, I spent 50 dollars and I had to go back because I was missing items. The guy at the drive through rushed me and didn’t give me my last drink. The wings were over cooked

Decided to give this location, a second chance, and I was very, very disappointed. The food was cold. The potatoes were old and the staff was dirty, touching everything with bare hands. I will never come back here again.

This KFC went from being the best to worse all in one day. I ordered the hot wings and when I receive them, they looked a little off in color like they were old and when I bit into the first one, the bone was real dark, so I broke another one open it was the same thing I called to speak to the manager, Mauricio and he wanted to go back-and-forth. I told him to get one and open it and tell me if that’s the way it’s supposed to look and he told me yes and he proceeded to tell me that he could not find my order and basically there was nothing he could do. I will never order this establishment again bad customer service, bad manager.
