Was assured my order was on its way, 2 hours later they're closed and it never showed up. Really didn't appreciate being strung along

Super slow service, I ordered ahead, came at the time I was told and still waited 15 minutes. Even worse people came in after me and got their food before me. I recommend going somewhere else. There are lots of other pizza places on Central Ave.

They use door dash for their delivery which means if there are any issues with the order or delivery instead of being able to talk to anyone at pizza hut you get a door dash phone bank that can't make it right. Horrible service!
We ordered a pizza today 2 hours ago. It's still not here. What happened is the door dash delivery driver cancelled. But there was not heads up on our end. Then we got a message that the pizza was still coming. We tried to call in to confirm but the phone number at the location we ordered from as well as other locations don't work. Anyhow, thanks @ssholes, I have a migraine and no lunch today.

Called and placed a pick up order, decided not to pay until we got there. The place was full and people had been apparently waiting over a hour for their food. They ran out of pizza/ingredients and instead of taking initiative and handling the influx of customers and letting them know the issue as a manager should, she wanted to hide in the kitchen & on top of all this she screamed & yelled at her newly hired employee in front of the customers, going so far as to pushing her and almost fighting her.. DONT BOTHER COMING HERE! Corporate needs to make a stop here ASAP.
