Called and placed a pick up order, decided not to pay until we got there. The place was full and people had been apparently waiting over a hour for their food. They ran out of pizza/ingredients and instead of taking initiative and handling the influx of customers and letting them know the issue as a manager should, she wanted to hide in the kitchen & on top of all this she screamed & yelled at her newly hired employee in front of the customers, going so far as to pushing her and almost fighting her.. DONT BOTHER COMING HERE! Corporate needs to make a stop here ASAP.

The manager Stacey is someone who goes above and beyond for customer appreciation. She really made my night. Pizza Hut def has a keeper with her.

It’s pretty good pizza, got a stuffed cheesy bites pizza with “3 sauces” yet only got one ranch. The medium pizza was good according to my mom & husband who loved the caramelized onions. Lastly the delivery driver when I asked if she got her tip via credit card, stated she didn’t & I told her yes, I believe you did as I used a card, & she said okay. Hopefully she was just new!

They beat up my father and gave him trespassing because they gave us pepperoni pizza and we were Muslim so my dad asked if they could remake it a employee jump over the counter and punch my dad ,like what? He got hit with trespassing for a year ,worse Pizza Hut ever

Best fast food pizza around. I never go anywhere else. My order is always ready on time. This pizza, wings, and sides are always delicious. I never have any complaints.

They messed up our order. They were apparently out of ONE ingredient for my pizza so they didn’t put ANY ingredients on it at all. I got a giant box of glorified cheese bread that was supposed to be a specialty pizza.
The guy on the phone told me he was giving me a 20 dollar credit to use next time.
I try calling next time and ask to use my credit.
The lady on the phone was rude. She didn’t seem to care at all about my problem and had absolutely no intention of helping me. She told me there was nothing there on my account and when I tried to bring up my past order to hopefully have her look it up, she just pushed that she’s not doing anything for me.

With dominos right next door having leagues better costumer service, I didn’t end up making a purchase.
