I ordered a pizza for carryout and went to pick it up just so they could tell me they gave it to doordash. I ordered from the pizzahut website, and they insisted my pizza was picked up. They didn't bother to make up for wasting my time.

Don’t order from here!!!! They lie and say your order is ready… When it’s NOT!!!! The workers are rude!!!! And they don’t even seem to care to accommodate you for waiting an extra 30 minutes on top or the 30 minutes you already have to wait!!!!

I went here this past weekend. The pizza was great like usual from Pizza Hut. This time specifically stood out to me because the breadsticks were the softest breadsticks I’ve had from here. I have never had them fully fall apart as you pull them apart and melt in your mouth. I’ve always thought the breadsticks at Pizza Hut were great, but I didn’t realize they could be even better than what I was getting. I would honestly go here again and drive out of my way just to get those breadsticks.

So I place an order around like 7:15 app says delivery of 7:30 no biggie food never came until 8:45 and it was cold. Trying to call the store was no help it was a dead end issue and they wanted to remake the food and bring to me. I placed it an hour ago why would you try to fix it. This store needs either help or they got to get it together .

The MOST TERRIBLE experience I’ve ever had. The manager is extremely rude and irate for no reason. Maybe she was having a bad day but don’t take it out on customers for asking a question. I will never return here and corporate will be notified. The store manager should really consider who they put in charge when they’re not there. She’s not representing the business well at all.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza a few nights ago for delivery. After an hour of waiting I tried to call in to ask if there was a delay or if my order got forgotten. I can't call the store directly because PH has the numbers all automatically go to some automated or remote service for complaints, edits to orders, or whatever. You can't reach the store directly and speak to someone who can actually help. After 2 hours, I got a message that a 3rd party partner was going to deliver my pizza with a new delivery estimate. I don't know if they had staffing issues or maybe something else but I ordered through the PH app. The doordash guy called me 25 hours after order was placed and he was in the store. The Manager was refusing to help him and he was polite and apologetic to me. First she told him they never got my order and I gave them the time it was placed, my name and order for a stuffed crust with Xtra Pepp. She then pivoted to saying it's a doordash issue and I needed to call doordash and refused to speak with him any further and was dismissive to him. She also refused to take the phone so I could talk to her directly and explain the situation. She was very rude and loud. I could hear how she was talking to him through his phone and I could tell she was intimidating him into backing off and he apologized again and said sorry. I had to wait approximately 2.5 hours before I had to give up and make other plans for dinner and go to bed for work in the morning. I read the reviews afterward for this location and she has many negative reviews citing a terrible female manager who is named TABITHA in previous reviews. I think I got my 1st encounter with the infamous Tabitha. Now PH owes me a large stuffed crust and I don't know if I'll ever get it. Will try to come in and talk to the store manager at some point to see if I can get my pizza. I don't think this is on doordash at all since he was in store being blocked by her with me on the phone and he was communicative and sincerely sorry.Please get rid of this terrible manager!!!She had no ounce of a sense of customer service and probably gets away with this habit of treating customers because she knows she is insulated from customers because the number does not call the store directly. I don't know what it will take for her to get fired but this is clearly a habitual thing with her.-disappointed and hungry for a stuffed crust Za

Never been a fan, but when my 8yr old & her friend want a "Personal Pan Pizza," I say OK and order online.An hour later I call to ask what's taking so long. "Your pizza is scheduled for delivery by 9:10pm. This the call center in Texas."It was 6:30 at the time and the 8yr olds didn't want to wait another 2.5 hours.They try to connect me to the store. Busy signal then it hangs up.I go to store, stand there for 5mins while they're mucking around in the back, clear my throat to get someone's attention."Oh yes, your pizzas have been here ready for delivery for awhile now. Should we deliver them to you?"No, hand them to me. I take it home and realized I had tipped the driver $9 in the online order.But I had now delivered them to myself. I call the store again but get the call center in Texas again."We'll have to have the manager at the store call you to reimburse you."That was on Sunday.I'm still waiting for the manager to call. I'm not holding my breath. I'm not going to Pizza Hut again either. ?.................................February 2024.... it's a couple years later, no call back or reimbursement. ??

I had to throw away 2 of the 3 boxes of pizza I purchased. They were burnt and my children wouldn't eat it. We order from pizza hut often I was truly disappointed how bad they're falling offVegetarian options: Cheese pizza use to be good
