The onion rings had a funky taste. The rest of my food was decent. Could have been an off day. I don't normally like saying bad things. Just trying to be honest

Do I have to climb back there and make my own flamingo? get it together.

The staff at Sonic were really nice, When my order with iced tea came out, I noticed there wasn't any or very little ice. She immediately offered to bring a cup of ice.

Staff member today was so stoned, I had to repeat myself about 5 times over the intercom. Repeated myself at the window, got the wrong order anyways. Remade the drink and it fell apart in my hands on the transfer out the window and spilled all over the exterior of my car. Remade the drink without any flavoring or nerds in it at all… I gave up at that point since there didn’t seem to be anyone competent to redo it. I know it’s a $2 cream slush and the world is a bleak place right now, but do better Sonic. I come here for a little pick me up and the vibe just brought me down.

Perpetually understaffed with the slowest service imaginable. This is the worst place in the greater Twin Cities metro to pick up Doordash orders, staff do not respond half the time and orders take an exorbitant amount of time to be prepared. Avoid this place like the plague.

I work in food delivery. This is just awful, I have never had anything like this. I spent more than 20 minutes waiting for my order. They simply did not prepare it. I am extremely disappointed in their service. to everyone who does food delivery. I recommend simply ignoring orders from this place.

Absolutely the worst sonic in the state!!! The screens are all broken and hanging, The customer service is the worst I've ever seen, and the food was garbage. Chicago dog was thrown together like they hate their job, the fries were burnt and look like they were cooked in year old oil. I will NEVER go back to this store. Stay away and go to Bloomington, the food and customer service is hands down 100% better.

We usually go to sonic in Milwaukee wi so we wanted to try it there because we went there for the ice castles n moa I was so sick after eating here

I asked just for a twisted lime red Bull, I did not get my twisted lime red Bull. They just added random things with red Bull and I even taste soda? Like what’s going on. I’ve had this drink multiple times and it was nothing close to this. They were confused when I mentioned it the first few times , I should’ve taken that hint that they did NOT know what they were doing. So disappointed. If they didn’t know how to make it they should’ve just told me and I could’ve saved my money. Now I’m stuck with a large drink and idek what it is. Avoid this location

on the screen you can’t see what any of the food looks like so i ordered buffalo chicken bites and they gave me this , this is not a chicken bite this is nasty and disgusting, they should be disappointed in they self for this

If I could give it a zero I would my burger was burnt and crusty on the outside they made my order a meal when I didn’t want that I wanted a large dirty Dr Pepper they had no ice we got honked at my drink was spilling very unhappy with my experience. I work with a place with great customer service and this place did not have it at all.

I have never been a huge Sonic eater, yet the ones I did try in CO had way better food. I would avoid the onion rings & pickle fries. One day I may try their ice cream & update my review.
