We pulled into a spot on December 23rd, pressed the button and it gave the message that we would be helped shortly. We watched two employees in the building and one employee outside smoking. No one ever helped us. So we went to the drive-thru. The soda machine didn’t work. Service was slow but the food was HOT and good.

If I could give less then one star I would. Waited for 30 minutes after checking in. Asked where it was and was told I never checked in (I did) and then they forgot food and we had to wait and other 20 minutes for a single plain cheese burger. Get a new manager maybe.

Come thru often. I came thru today and got a footlong coney, the bread was SO HARD !! I cudnt eat it. I didn’t get a fork or spoon for my sonic blast. Tried calling the store several times no answer, and there’s no contact information for corporate smh

I asked for no cheese and no onion and what did I get? Cheese and onions. They stay giving you the wrong order. I don't know if the cooks just don't/can't speak/read English but they just give you whatever they want and don't even look at the receipt. I order from work and this just threw a wrench in my lunch.

We decided to go here even if the reviews suggested otherwise!!! We waited for around 20 minutes and literally no one answered/attended , we saw employees just stand and watch the cars just waiting . Not only is the area surrounding sketchy the location is too . STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME .

worst location ever! Placed my order 9:30pm and got it around 10:15pm 🙂 Waited 30 minutes in the drive through when only 1 other car was in front. Forgot my fries and when I did ask, she gave me the wrong size and shut the window before i could say anything. There were at least 5 cars behind me at this point and cars were honking. The girl at the front handing out drinks did not speak ONCE. There were at least 3 other people in the store. Bad employees.

I had waited in the drive thru for half an hour. There was only 2 other cars in the line with me. ordered $20 dollars worth of food to only get $10 worth handed to me. Can’t even get a refund on the sonic website. This location never been this bad ever but i take my words back today. Stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION if you want all of ur food and don’t want to deal with crabby workers!!!

Wow this place sucks. First off didn't give us a burger we paid for second off there was hair in the food. This place is the worst sonic I've ever been to. These employees suck!

I can't rate the food but Online it stated that they were open until 1am. Drive there from South Minneapolis and arrived at 12:20am and all the lights were off showing that they were closed, although you could see staff in there as if the person was working the drive thru.. Went to the drive menu pushed the red button and no response. We even called just to get no answer and went to a voicemail. Unprofessional all the way around and disappointing.
