A place that never was that great. You'd really only go to, if every other place was busy. Can't really expect much from this place, but you're going to wish you went somewhere else after getting your order.

food was fine , customer service was horrible , i pulled into a drive in spot and pressed the button , waited there for about 15 minutes and decided to go into the drive thru instead, took me 10 minutes to get my order through because the person on the drive thru wasn’t listening, couldn’t even get my order right. get new employees or train them better.

Does not have nor know about the eclipse shades that supposedly you can get with every purchase of the blackout float. Even sonic customer support said that it is not a large scale promotion despite numerous articles online about the free sunglasses. False advertising. The float was good tho.

Stopped here yesterday to get 2 chili dogs. Sat in drive waiting to give my order. Menu items started flashing across screen, then showed I ordered 22 dollars of food. Drove to window to try and fix order and the car ahead was having issues, I drove away.

This sonic is not good. Some of the drive up stalls are broken and it took forever for them to even take our order at the drive thru. And then it took forever for them to get our food to us. Won’t be coming

vivo serca de este lugar columbia Heights, la primera vez que ordene me gusto mucho los ice cream ? luego los shake ?, pero la comida no es mejor que otros lugares ,They are sometimes rude when taking the order at the driver truck, and they take a long time to deliver the order. It would also be better if they received a card, I don't carry cash with me and then our orders are for 6 people and not accepting bills larger than $20 is ridiculous

Payed for pickles to be on my burger, and no pickles. The worker who brought the order to the car... was just rude, she didn't have to say anything, her body language said it all.It's pretty sad because it's my first time ordering here. We WON'T be back!!

I will not be going back.Firstly, I had ordered my food, and now was trying to pay. I specifically clicked 'Pay with card', but apparently, it doesn't work. They hadn't even told me, as they had even asked if I wanted to pay with cash or card. (After I inserted my card, the menu board told me that it went through, and it even said they were making my order.) An employee came out, and demand for my credit card. When I told him no, (Because I wasn't about to give my credit card to some random person), he got an even worse attitude. After I figured the payment problem, i ordered the 50$ worth of food, and found out it was all either cold, or just lousy. On top of that, the bottom of the bag was ripped... and instead of going to quickly grab me a new bag, he just handed it to me sideways, even though some of my sauce and food had fallen out already; I ordered 3 shakes, and they all mostly consisted of whipped cream instead of ice cream. Plus, my drink, had a hole in the bottom, and it leaked all over my cup holder. They replaced my drink, but the new one looks like it has been sitting out, as it is melted.

Don't even think about stopping here. Seriously, just eat somewhere else. You have been warned. Look at the reviews. They are historically bad going back at least a year. Management and the owner must not give a rip and neither does corporate if they have continued to allow this store to perform like hot garbage. This store needs a massive reset/rehire from the top all the way down.I pulled up to a stall and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, crispy chicken sandwich, and a large mozzarella stick(8pc). We then waited 20 minutes for our food. There was no burger in the bag. Instead we got 2 chicken sandwiches, but only ordered one. We got 7 out of 8 mozzarella sticks, not sure if they snacked on one or just don't know how to count to 8. I pressed the red button and let them know we didn't receive our burger and they acted confused at first but eventually understood. About 10 more minutes go by and we still haven't received our double bacon cheeseburger. My wife then goes into the store to see what is going on. She explains this situation and states that we just want a refund at this point. They dismiss her by saying it will be right out and act annoyed while stating that there is only one guy making food apparently. We eventually got our double bacon cheeseburger, it didn't seem very fresh and tasted mediocre.Sonic, please do better. I'm not sure how you're structured, but you're allowing this location's owner/management and everyone on down that they hire to give you a bad name and make you look bad. The Sonic brand is great, but this location's service is trash. Please act on the reviews, don't just read them and apologize. And yes, we completed the survey listed on the receipt.

This sonic is like an abusive relationship. We keep going back...no idea why. Today it took 20 minutes to get our food and it was still messed up. Somehow my hot dogs were slimy and the bread was so stale it was solid. I'm done. Eat here if you want your food to taste like sadness.

Went there after work to get a slushy and the new boneless wings. I received my drink from the window and took a sip to be completely disgusted! Warm concentrated limeade juice was what nice surprise I got. Felt sick immediately after I gulped it down and eventually puked on the way home.What kind of business does this?!
