Wierd stuff Mn

Alright, your night shift 🇿🇩đŸ‡ș🇾employee girl is beyond rude with zero customer service skills but that’s what you get by stopping to shop in these areas. Too busy flirting with her tattoo faced boyfriend knowing that I’ve been standing right there for about three minutes then finally gives me a nasty look and says “whaatchuuu neeed” 😂
Lady, it’s “Hi, what can I get you”
But it is what it is, in twin cities there is no customer service anymore so drive a little further out and deal with people who know how to do the job that they sign up for.

One of the worst experience in speedway. I had DoorDash order to pick up. It was only one cashier by the way was working at that day. So I got my turn in line she never greet nobody she told me the order will take a while to get ready. She helped more than 5 people and left me wait for the order and by the way Door Dash order was just few drinks and water so she could've get ready if less than a minute. When the order got ready for pickup I asked her is that everything? She ignored me at first till one costumer told her that I am asking her. She responded to my question THAT’S DOORDASH ORDER!. And she whisper to customer like I am slow so something She taught she is smart by saying that. I was treated so bad.
I wish if could get her name. But she was working on Saturday, August 2, 2025. I will not recommend this place to anyone

I go to a lot of speedways and this one I'm treating nicely here. The workers are nice to you as soon as you come in acknowledging your there.

At 11:20p.m on June 24th, I had a terrible experience at this Speedway. The employee working during my visit was extremely rude and inattentive. He never greeted anyone and had a very unfriendly attitude. I went in to pick up a DoorDash order that was already prepared, and instead of simply handing it to me, he stayed on his phone, looking through papers. The order was ready the entire time I was there, yet he made me wait for almost 30 minutes for no reason at all.

While waiting, I noticed that whenever customers politely asked him for help, he would just say they didn’t have the items without even checking. Some Latino customers came in to pay for gas with cash, and he treated them with obvious disrespect, his behavior felt outright discriminatory.

Eventually, another employee came over. When I explained the situation to him, she rudely told me that she didn’t care and just asked for the name on the order. I gave it to her, and she literally threw the order at me; and to make it worse, it was the wrong one. Before I left, this employee stared at me with a very threatening look, which made the whole experience even more awkward.

This kind of service is completely unacceptable. It’s embarrassing that customers would rather use self-checkout than deal with this employee. Speedway really needs to reconsider who they hire because nobody deserves this kind of treatment.

Just went here about 45 minutes ago. For a DoorDash order as I drive for DoorDash. Considering it Christmas late at night, I was surprised to even see Speedway pop-up in my - ER app with 2 orders, but what the heck I accepted and then went to the store. I get to the store, assuming that the orders would be ready. Instead, I found a heavy set woman behind the counter focused on swallowing pizza. And talking to her friend. I approached her like I would at any other store and asked about the DoorDash orders. She said that it'll take a long time, because she's the only person working. She then proceeds to take time to complain about DoorDash. Then, after waiting 10 minutes, she proceeds to tell me that the handset used to scan the orders is dead and I would have to wait 5 minutes. I offered to grab the items myself. And she proceeded to throw a fit. And makes narky remarks grabbing the handset. She said was dead and grab the order herself. She slammed both orders together on the counter without a bag and set, take it and leave and walked away. I was like, what the heck. Don't I get a bag? So she handed me 2 bags and started to complain about her job saying, at least. I don't get to ride around in a car all night. Listening to music. An employee should not minimize my job simply because they think they're sucks. Avoid this place at all costs. I will be getting this blocked in my Dasher app. So I will no longer fulfill orders there.

I currently work here and before I worked here, yes there were alot of problems with certain employees locking doors when it was a busy time and sitting down on their phones. I apologize to all the customers that experienced this...I work 2nd shift during the week and 1st on weekends, the store doors are never locked...I love all my customers and have alot of repeat customers multiple times a day. Love and respect to you all. Hope to see you in the store!!!!

Frustrating experience every time I go into the store. The cashier is working but seems overwhelmed. Cashier refuses to checkout anyone using a credit card. She forces you to use the self checkout, which may or may not scan the items you want. Then gets frustrated when it doesn't work. The station is fine if you're just getting gas but if you need to purchase items inside I would recommend any other nearby station.

They have one cashier, The line is full full and she is putting together Uber or doordash order so she can't ring no one up so we just waited in line. You need more than one person working if you going to do doordash orders

The young girl works at night she is lazy she closes the restroom and she not supposed to do that even she don’t want but nothing she just want talk on the phone
