I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star but I had to. I’ve always loved this place and the employees until recently. There is a new person who works in the afternoon/evening (wears a mask) who is EXTREMELY RUDE! I have watched her roll her eyes at people, act extremely rude to people and tonight I went in there and she was there again. There was a person who was in front of me who couldn’t speak English and she sat and just stared at her and then when I said, she wants something out of the case, she just stood there, rolled her eyes and annoyedly walked over and helped her finally get a charging cord. Then I asked her to help me load money on my bank card and it didn’t go through, when I left the store, I realized the problem and went in and asked for her to help again and explained why it didn’t go thru which she replied “are you gonna force me to do it”! I said no, and said ok I’m not gonna help you. I love that speedy store but I will find elsewhere to spend my money and not watch myself or others get treated like that. I also asked for the managers name, she said “who cares shes not here”. I said “okay but can you give me the name so I can call tomorrow,”her response was “find customer service’s number) SHE IS SO RUDE!!! Not a good look for the store.

This place is always closed and when it is open it's dirty... don't come here if you need to go inside it just will be randomly closed

The Arab dude is very very disrespectful to everyone he always gives everyone a bad look and a few weeks ago he insulted my nephew about our religion and talking s***. What type of adult argues with a 14 year old. I’ve spoken to someone else who works at that location and the worker told me that many people have complained about him and told me it’s been months that people have complained about him and I do not understand why he is still working there. I hope someone does something fast because it feels so uncomfortable going into the store and feel like your gonna be looked at or for him to talk about your religion your race or whatever it is.

I was in a few weeks ago, and Jame said he only allows friends in for no more than 10 minutes, then I kick them out. I was buying things and came to chat with him. He also gets drunk before shifts.

"Temporarily closed" after 10pm because they're "short staffed." ie, their management doesn't want to pay people enough to work for them.
